Julie Marie Lester
Mrs. Lester, 89, of Mt. Juliet, died Friday, Nov. 9, 2012. Mrs. Lester was born in Nova Scotia, Canada to the late Moses and Lucy Agnes Chiasson LeBlanc. She was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Community. Mrs. Lester was also preceded in death by her husband, William Lester; sons, David Lester and Howard Lester and 4 siblings.
She is survived by children, Billy (Sharon) Lester, Robert Lester, Don (Rebecca) Lester, Kevin (Sandy) Lester, Sheila (Dave) Mackie, Eileen (Bill) Lydick and Elizabeth Lester; sisters, Theresa Murphy, Eileen Belliveau, Elizabeth Chiasson and Dianne Doucet; 18 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, 2012 at St. Stephen Catholic Community, 14544 Lebanon Road, Old Hickory, TN with Father Robert Weiss officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Visitation was 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home and 11 a.m. until service time Monday at the church. Arrangements by Bond Memorial Chapel.
Marjorie Elizabeth Robinson Midgett
Visitation will be held on Sunday, Nov. 11 from 3-8 p.m. and Monday, Nov. 12 from 9 a.m. until funeral services at 11 a.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel. Rev. Ed Pugh, Rev. Nathan Wilkerson and Rev. Norman Weber will officiate the services. Interment will be in Bethlehem Cemetery.
Mrs. Midgett, 87, passed away Friday, Nov. 9, 2012 at her residence. Mrs. Midgett was a member of the Good Hope United Methodist Church and a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Baxter and Elizabeth Wilkerson Robinson; husband, John William Midgett; sisters, Nancy Robinson Davis and Mary Ann Robinson Weber; brother, David B. Robinson.
Survived by sons, David (Sue) Midgett, John Michael (Brenda) Midgett, Joe (Angie) Midgett and Robin (Danielle) Midgett; daughter, Laurie (Mark) Midgett Raulston; brother, Paul (Doris) Robinson; sisters, Ruth (Harold) Ingram and Lynne (Bill) Farris; grandchildren, David Baxter Midgett, Kelly Midgett, Jenny Wilkerson, Brian Ferrell, Stephanie Midgett, John Midgett, Harrison Raulston and Jonathan Raulston; seven great-grandchildren.
Active pallbearers, Jerry Davis, Ken Davis, Randy Ingram, Perry Ingram, John Robinson, Hugh Midgett, Tommy Skeen, Jim Farris, Terry Sorrells and Donnie Owen. In lieu of flowers the family request contributions may be made to the Good Hope United Methodist Church, 9179 Trousdale Ferry Pike, Lebanon, Tn. 37090.
J. W. Patton
Funeral services for Mr. Patton will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012 at Round Lick Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Mayle officiating. Visitation was 5-8 p.m. Friday, and will be 1-8 p.m. Saturday and one hour before services Sunday at the church.
Mr. Patton, 79, of Watertown, died Thursday morning, Nov. 8, 2012 at his residence. Born in Watertown, he was the son of the late Samuel Franklin Patton and Myrtie Duggin Patton. He was a graduate of Watertown High School and had a life long love of farming and woodworking. He retired from TRW Ross Gear in Lebanon and operated the Watertown Paint and Decorating Center.
J.W. is survived by his wife of 58 years, Reba Ruth Davenport Patton; children, Donna (David) Crook of Alexandria, Glenda (Wiley) Taylor of Lebanon, Diana (Dwayne) Lindsey of Whites Creek, Joey (Dawn) Patton of Watertown; grandchildren, Patrick (Jana) Crook and Randy Crook both of Alexandria, Jeremy (Sara) Taylor of Winston Salem, N.C., Jessica and Hanna Lindsey of Whites Creek, Reanna (Clint) Logan of Chipley, Fla., Mackenzie Patton; great-grandchildren, Clayton, Summer, Autumn and Benjamin Crook.
Honorary pallbearers will be all Deacons of Round Lick Baptist Church and the Berean Sunday School Class. Active pallbearers will be Pat Wood, Bobby and Greg Allison, Donald Oakley, George Atchley, Keith Mullican. Interment at Jones Hill Cemetery .
