Phyllis Alma Lee Avveduti
Family Memorial Services for Mrs. Avveduti will be held at Fort Hill Cemetery, in Auburn, at 10 a.m. on March 29.
Mrs. Avveduti, 88, of Vero Beach, Fla., died Monday, March 4, 2013, at The Place of Vero Beach.
She was born Dec. 30, 1924 in Auburn, N.Y. The family moved to Vero Beach in 1960, from Auburn, N.Y. Mrs. Avveduti relocated in 1986 to Tennessee, returning to Florida in 2008.
Mrs. Avveduti had worked as a bookkeeper for Catron Beverage, Vero Beach and later for Barkett Oil Company, of West Palm Beach. She spent 23 years volunteering at the Mt. Juliet Senior Center and The Help Center both of Mt. Juliet and the Senior Center in Lebanon.
Mrs. Avveduti had attended St. Helen Catholic Church, Vero Beach.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Lee Avveduti of Vero Beach; stepmother, Ruth Heitmann of Auburn, N.Y.; two grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Avveduti was predeceased by her son, Peter Louis Avveduti in 2001, husband, Louis Peter Avveduti in 2004 and two sisters, Jean DeKostic and Arlene Krol.

Dan Alan Goostree
The family of Mr. Goostree will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, March 16 at Riverwood Church of Christ, 1904 McGavock Pike, Nashville.
Mr. Goostree, 57, of Lebanon, died Wednesday, March 13, 2013. Dan was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Lucille Brown Goostree.
He is survived by his father, William A. Goostree; love of his life, Paige Easter; brother, Mark (Sheila) Goostree; sisters, Carolyne (Butch) Humphreys and Robin (Bill) George; nephews and nieces, Tony, Ivan, Clay, Tyler, Dani Caral and Teresa; several great-nephews and nieces; and his sweet dog, Pepper.
Bond Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
