Mt. Juliet police Friday caught two Nashville residents accused of burglarizing Mt. Juliet homes during daytime hours.

Christopher Bly, 39, and Keaton Garner, 21, both of Nashville, are charged with three counts of aggravated burglary.

Police identified Bly and Garner as suspects after receiving an anonymous tip Wednesday from someone who saw media reports on the break-ins, according to a statement from Mt. Juliet police.

After identifying Bly and Garner as suspects, undercover Mt. Juliet officers tracked them to Tunica, Miss., located the suspects’ vehicle and established surveillance on the vehicle.

When Bly and Garner returned to Nashville on Thursday, they were arrested on outstanding warrants out of Coffee County and later charged in the burglary cases.

Police said detectives are now trying to locate all the stolen property, which will then be returned to the owners.

Police also said anyone who recently bought items from Bly or Garner should call Mt. Juliet police at 615-754-2550.
