Millay walked four and struck out seven in the six-inning game.

McDaniels had three singles, scored three runs and drove in two from the leadoff spot. Pittman had three RBI on two hits, including a two-run double in the fifth inning, while Arnold added three RBI on as many singles, including a two-run single in the sixth, and scored the walk-off run on McDaniels' single.

Watts ignites Friendship past Antioch

Hunter Watts ignited Friendship Christian's offense from the top of the lineup and Austin Godwin kept Antioch's quiet enough for the Commanders to collect a 7-2 win over the visitors from Nashville on Friday night.

Watts went 4-for-4, including two doubles and three runs scored.

Godwin scattered five hits and three walks while striking out nine in seven innings as the Commanders climbed to 22-5 for the season going into tonight's 7 p.m. home game against Gallatin.

Caleb Snider drove in three runs on just one hit - an RBI triple to go with a sacrifice fly and a run-producing fielder's choice. Michael Hawks had an RBI single and a run-scoring triple while Gunner Osborne added a run-producing double.

Brennan Swindoll and Cale Mitchell doubled while Godwin and Jameson Sorrels singled.
