Visitation for Mr. Lohman will be held on Friday, May 24 from 1-8 p.m. and Saturday, May 25 from 11 a.m. until funeral services at 1 p.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel. Bro. Buddy Neal will officiate the services. Interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Mr. Lohman, 74, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at his residence. Mr. Lohman was an Army veteran, member of the Methodist faith and retired supervisor with DuPont.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Frances Spickard Lohman;
brothers, Louis (Vallie) Lohman and Hugh Lohman.
he is survived by wife of 47 years, Clydene Lohman; brother, Jack (Linda) Lohman, sisters-in-law, Jane Lohman and Elaine (Jamie) Hall; nieces and nephews, Faye(Harold) Anderson, Lisa (Joe) Low, Lana Christian, LuJack (Kitty) Lohman, Casey Lohman, Erika (Jeremey) Snider; great-niece and nephew, Hayley and Mason Snider; numerous great-nieces and nephews.
Active pallbearers will be Chris King, LuJack Lohman, Joe Low, Jeremey Snider, Casey Lohman, Allen Yelton, Tommy Jones, Charles Ricketts snd Mason Snider.
Honorary pallbearers will be Harold Anderson, E.H. Sweeton, Bobby Griffin, Bobby McPeak, Calvin Turner, Al Cook, Ronnie Green, J.C. Wall, Bev Spickard, Brud Spickard, Gilbert Graves and The Bench Sitters at Griffin's Market.
Marvin Jacob Robinson
Services for Mr. Robinson will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Rev. Kevin Butler officiating. Burial will follow in Robinson Ridge Cemetery with family serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Mr. Robinson, 83, of Lebanon, died Thursday, May 23, 2013. A native of Rutherford County, he was the son of the late James Henry and Bertha Sally Robinson. Mr. Robinson was a member of Lakewood Baptist Church in Beechgrove, Tenn., and a retired Convenient Center operator with Wilson County.
He was also preceded in death by nine brothers, and a grandson, Marvin Jacob Robinson III.
Mr. Robinson is survived by his wife, Anita Stiles Jones Robinson; sons, Marvin Jacob Robinson, Jr. of Mt. Juliet, Terrell Glen Robinson of Pikeville, Tenn., Charles Herbert Jones and Edward Wayne Jones, both of Lebanon; sister, Omega Churchwell of Pegram, Tenn.; three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
