May Mann Brown
Services for Mrs. Brown will be 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 3 at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with the Rev. Glenn Denton officiating. Interment will be in Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Brown, 79, of Lebanon, died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2007 at Cedars Helath Care. She worked at Robertshaw for over 32 years and was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by parents, Willie Edward and Beulah May Scott Mann; husband, Grady Brown; sisters, Alta Pierce and Annie Barrett; and brothers, Robert, Billy, Tom and James Mann. Survivors include: daughter, Shirley (Wayne) Hackett; grandchildren, Rachel Hackett (Chad) Mitchell and Mark (Kim) Hackett; great-grandchildren, Kelsey and Kaleb Hackett and Kylie and McKenzie Mitchell; sisters, Rose Jamison and Dean Comer; and brother, Cline Mann, all of Lebanon.
Memorials may be made to the Gideons or the American Cancer Society.
Carolyn Sue Johnson Byars

Mrs. Byars, 62, of Lebanon, died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2007.

Estelle Kitrell Waller Chapman
Services for Mrs. Chapman will be 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 3 at Sellars Funeral Home with the Rev. James Gill officiating. Interment will be in Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Saturday, 1-8 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. until the service Monday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Chapman, 87, of Lebanon, died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2007.
She was preceded in death by parents, Richard and Roxie Ollie Jones Kittrell; son, Frank Waller Jr.; granddaughter, Marcia Montgomery; step-son, James Clemons; step-daughter, Lori Sloan; and granddaughter, Leanne Clemons. Survivors include: husband, Bill Chapman of Lebanon; children, Becky (Norman) Lamay of Hermitage, Edith (Rufus) McKenzie and Rusty (Debbie) Waller of Lebanon; step-sons, Gary (Linda) Clemons and Wayne Chapman of Lebanon; 16 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be grandsons and great-grandsons. Honorary pallbearers will be Fleet Reserve Association and the Ladies Auxillary.
Services for Mrs. Lester will be 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3, at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon with Bro. William York officiating. Interment will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m. until services on Monday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Lester, of Lebanon, died Friday, Nov. 30, 2007.
She was preceded in death by Thomas Lester, Howard Lester and David Lester.
Surivors include: Bill (Julie) Lester, Ova Mai Bennett, Doris Lester and numerous nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Leette Vaught Payer
Mrs. Payer died Friday, Nov. 30 at her residence. Survivors include: husband, Rick Payer; and sons, Eddie and Jerry Vaught.

Henry T. Woods
Services for Mr. Woods will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5 at St. John United Methodist Church in Pontiac, Mich. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be noon-8 p.m. Tuesday at Cobbâ€™s Funeral Home and 10:30 a.m. until the service Wednesday at the church.
Mr. Woods, 94, of St. Petersburg, Fla. and formerly of Pontiac, died Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2007.
Survivors include: daughter, Carolyn (Alex) Walker; grandchildren, Everett and Sabrina Walker; four great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
