Services for Mrs. Clark will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, at Bond Memorial Chapel with the Revs. Ron Brown and Danny Reed officiating. Interment will be in Hillview Cemetery in Alexandria. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and noon until the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Clark, 76, of Mt. Juliet and Donelson, died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2007.
She was preceded in death by parents, Charles and Willette Hearn Smith. Survivors include: husband, John T. Clark of Mt. Juliet; daughter, Wanda (William) Douglas of Mt. Juliet; son, Terry Pallas Clark of Randolph, Minn.; and granddaughter, Kendra Michelle Douglas.
Virginia Elizabeth Kelly Haire Edwards
Services for Mrs. Edwards were Monday, Dec. 17, at Bond Memorial Chapel with Dr. Craig Goff and Pastor Dave Goldner officiating. Interment was in Robertson County Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Edwards, 85, of Mt. Juliet, died Friday, Dec. 14, 2007. She was a member of Cooks United Methodist Church, a retiree of First American bank and a former member of the O.E.S.
She was preceded in death by parents, Rev. John Wilson and Georgia Elizabeth Golden Kelly; husbands, William Haire and Al Edwards; and sisters, Onita Nell Kelly, Delilah Williams, Sibyl WIlson, Marie Jones and Joyce Burris. Survivors include: daughter, June (William) Houston of Mt. Juliet; brothers, John Kelly Jr. of Lougoff, S.C. and Don (Georgiana) Kelly of Corona, Calif.; sisters,Golda Lewis of Nashville and Eunice (Ronnie) Lewis of Old Hickory; step-granddaughter, Margaret (Tim) Layel; step-great-grandson, Will Layel; caregivers, Judy Harvey and Cathy Stafford; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and â€œgranddogs,â€ Katie Beth, Samantha Inez and Gracie Alexis.
Michael Lee Gannon
Services for Mr. Gannon will be noon Tuesday, Dec. 18, at Wilson County Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Wilson County Memorial Park with Bro. Gordon Lee officiating. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Gannon, 29 of Lebanon, passed away Saturday, Dec. 15, 2007. He was a 1996 graduate of Lebanon High School, a former employee of Captain Dâ€™s Restaurant and a devoted University of Tennessee and Gordonsville Tiger fan.
He is survived by his mother, Billie Netherton; stepfather, Rick Netherton; grandmother, Pat Wright; brother, Jason Watson; sister, Angel Netherton; uncles, Jerry, Donald, and Thomas Gannon and aunt, Mary Fiveash.
Stella L. Kirkendoll
Mrs. Kirkendoll, 62, died Monday, Dec. 17, 2007, at University Medical Center. Arrangements are incomplete.

Services for Mrs. Montgomery will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, at First United Methodist Church of Elkhart with Dr. Lynn Wilhite and the Rev. David E. Foster officiating. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
Mrs. Montgomery, 95, formerly of Elkhart, Texas, died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2007 at Alive Hospice at Skyline Medical Center. She was a member of First United Methodist Church Elkhart and Palestine O.E.S. No. 395 where she served as past Matron and Deputy Grand Matron. She served as president of the United Methodist Women for 20 years, former Lay Leader and chairman of the board. She was active in Holy City Strummers and a member of Harvey Womanâ€™s Club.
She was preceded in death by parents, George and Sally Glover Hemby; husband, W.A. Montgomery; six sisters and three brothers. Survivors include: daughters, Judy (Chuck) Kindermann of Lebanon and Linda (Jim) Thomason of Santa Rosa, Calif.; seven grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Thorne, 70, died Friday, Dec. 14, 2007. She was a homemaker and a member of Fairview Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James K. and Eddie Elvira Hughes Maynard and a brother, Bard Fisher Maynar.
Survivors include: her husband of 50 years, Billy E. Thorne; sons, Billy E. (Pam) Thorne Jr., Jimbo (Sandra) Thorne and Tommy (Kristie) Thorne; daughters, Patricia (Tom) Winford and Penny (Dave) Harrell; brothers, James Ray (Shirley) Maynard of Gladeville and Tommy (Peggy) Maynard of Gordonsville; a sister, Lynn (Danny) Ray of Mt. Juliet; grandchildren, Malorie McKay, Morgan Thorne, Teresa, Matthew and Carlie Winford, Trevor, Callen and Jared Harrell, Traci and Justin Thorne, Shelby and Mason Thorne; great-grandchild, Cameron McKay; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Thorneâ€™s sons and grandsons will be pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of the Dialysis Clinic, Dr. Michael McGee, Dr. William Pettus, Dr. Hardie Sorrels, Dr. William Wassynger, Dr. John Kayser, neighbors, devoted friends and her Sunday school class at Fairview Baptist Church.
