Sina Smallwood Bush
Services for Mrs. Bush will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4, at Gordonsville Chapel of Bass Funeral Home with Elder Charles Allen Gentry officiating. Interment will be in Brush Creek Cemetery in Brush Creek, Tenn. Visitation will be Tuesday, Feb. 3, from 4-8 p.m. and Wednesday, Feb. 4, from 10 a.m. until service time.
Mrs. Bush, 86, of Gordonsville, died Monday, Feb. 2, 2009, at Cedars Health Care Center in Lebanon. She was a homemaker and Baptist in belief.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Clyde Bush; son, Jimmy Darrel Bush; parents, Izora Spivey and James W. Smallwood and siblings, Dennis Smallwood, Bill Smallwood, Lla Grisham, Ollie Vanderpool, Mattie Leen Grisham and Ogeal Woodard.
Survivors include: Harold (Jean) Bush of Brush Creek, Johnny (Sherry) Bush of Lebanon and Jerry (Debbie) Bush of Statesville; daughter, Shirley (Mike) Allen of Auburntown, Tenn.; grandchildren, Kelly (Matt) Hamlet, Christy (Brad) Prater, Jennifer (Mark) Stephens, Matt (Melissa) Allen, Kevin Bush and Chris Bush and great-grandchildren, Micah and Oliveah Prater and Kayla Hamlet.
Darlene Young Foster
Services for Mrs. Foster will be 1 p.m. Wednesday. Feb. 4, at Partlow Funeral Chapel with Bros. Greg Dunham, Michael Brauner and Pat Eller officiating. Interment will be in Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Tuesday and 11 a.m. until the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Foster, 72, of Lebanon, died Sunday, Feb. 1, 2009 at Cedars Health Care Center. She was a member of Siloam Missionary Baptist Church and retired employee of Lux Clock.
She was preceded in death by parents, Barney and Lillie Adcock Young; husband, Carl Foster; brothers, David, Eugene and Hilbert Young; and sister-in-law, Versie Young.
Survivors include: son, Todd (Michelle) Foster of Lebanon; daughter, Teresa (Carl) Earps of Lebanon; grandchildren, Michelle (Shane) Follis and Steven and Jessica Earps; great-grandchildren, Austin, Jackson and Bryler Follis; sister-in-law, Wilma Young; niece, Delena Ackerson; and nephews, Norman and Jeff Young.
Pallbearers will be David, Byron, Norman and Jeff Young, Mike Manning, Terry Chafin and Tim Vanderpool. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of Cedars Helath Care Center and caregiver, Rachel McHenry.
Sue Goad Moore
Services for Mrs. Moore will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4, at Woodbine Hickory Chapel. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Moore, 90, of Franklin, died Sunday, Feb. 1, 2009.
She was preceded in death by husband of 62 years, John Moore; parents, Oscar and Harriet Goad; sisters, Clara Goad Price and Vena Goad Murphy; and brothers, Dow, Reuben, Paschal, Hardin, John and Charles Goad.
Survivors include: children, George and Lynn Lunn; nephews, Wayne and Buddy Goad, both of Lebanon and Earl Goad of Ohio; niece, Beverly Goad Ligon; several other nieces and nephews.
