Elizabeth Ann Strickland Hester

Services for Mrs. Hester will be 2 p.m. Friday, July 18 at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet with Pastor Cowan officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be 5-9 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. until the service Friday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hester, 77, died Wednesday, July 16, 2008.

She was preceded in death by parents, Newton Travis and Zula Belle Strickland; 10 brothers and sisters; and her son, William Kenneth Brimm. Survivors include: son, George (Diana) Robinson of Donelson; daughters, Kathy Brimm and Mollie Warren of Smyrna, and Janice (Randy) Robinson of College Grove; granddaughters, Amanda Lynch and Jazzmine Scott; grandson, Dillan Warren; great-grandson, Kavori Scott; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Dillan Warren, Demitrius Shelton, Darius Shelton, David Miller, Tony Escue, and Russell Faulk.

Services for Mr. Jennings will be 10 a.m. Saturday, July 19 at Hunter Funeral Home. Interment will be in Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Friday and prior to services Saturday at the funeral home.

Mr. Jennings, 88, of Watertown died Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at Quality Care Health Center in Lebanon. He was a member of Watertown First Baptist Church and attended Cumberland University after graduating from Watertown High School. He was retired from the Tennessee Department of Transportation.

He was preceded in death by parents, Elby P. and Sallie Smith Jennings; sister, Laura Belle Bass; and brother, Paul Smith Jennings.
Survivors include: wife, Frances Patton Jennings of Watertown; nephew, Paul E. (Suzanne) Jennings of Christiana; great-niece, Stephanie (Jim) Edwards of Nashville; great-nephews, Paul G. (Lisa) Jennings of Nashville and Paschal Sims Jennings of Denver; and great-great-nieces Abigail Grace and Margaret Elizabeth Jennings.

Pallbearers will be James W. Floyd, Ray Jennings, David Dunn, David Roy Lawrence, Jimmy Taylor and Joe Don Parkerson.
Honorary pallbearers will be the Businessman's Sunday School Class; Jerry, Terry and Timmy Phillips; Edsel Floyd; George James; and Howard Donnell.
