Services for Mr. Butrum will be 3 p.m. Thursday, March 27 at Alexander Funeral Home with Elds. Danny Holland and G.F. Davenport officiating. Interment will be in Underwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 8 a.m. until the service Thursday at the funeral home.
Mr. Butrum, 68, of Lafayette, died Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at Saint Thomas Hospital.
Survivors include: wife, Verlene Butrum; son, Donald William (Erica) Butrum; daughters, Regina (Jackie) Nash and Renee (Chris) Napier, all of Lafayette; grandchildren, Kristina and Donald Butrum Jr., Heather Clark, Brookie Nash and Trevor Napier; and great-grandchildren, Kalista and Aaliyah Clark, Chayse Bartley and Landon Nash.

Mrs. Hale, 70, of Woodbury, died Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at University Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by parents, Frank and Addie Mears Morris. Survivors include: husband, S.E. Hale of Woodbury; children, Wilma (Harold) Barrett of Liberty and Betty (Jim) Hedgecoth of Woodbury; sisters, Inez Hale of Watertown and Minnie Gannon of Woodbury; brother, J.C. Morris of Watertown; grandchildren, Blaine Hedgecoth, Jack and John Barrett and Brenda Morgan; and three great-grandchildren.
Ima Lester Seagraves
Services for Mrs. Seagraves will be 11:30 a.m. Friday, March 28 at Wilson County Funeral Home with Pastor Ron Bingnear officiating. Interment will be in National Cemetery in Nashville. Visitation will be 9 a.m. until the service Friday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Seagraves, 69, of Lebanon, died Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at Cedars Health Care Center.
She was preceded in death by husband, Howard Allen Seagraves Sr. Survivors include: sons, Mark (Teresa) Seagraves of Hickman, Howard (Dawn) Seagraves of Dixon Springs, Donnie (Beverly) Seagraves of Lebanon and Jimmy (Gail) Seagraves of Gallatin; daughter, Pamela Seagraves of Lebanon; brothers, Harold Lester of Westmoreland, Merle (Helen) Lester of Independence, Mo. and Samuel Lester of Pearl, Miss.; 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

E. Odell Smith
Services for Mr. Smith will be held 1 p.m. Friday, March 28 at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet. Interment will be in Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. and 4-8 p.m. Thursday and 11 a.m. until the service Friday at the funeral home.
Mr. Smith, 82, of Mt. Juliet, died Tuesday, March 25, 2008. He received his Masters Degree from George Peabody College in Business Administration. He was a graduate of Mt. Juliet High School, Class of 1943 where he later served as a teacher. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a veteran of WWII and the Korean War. He retired from Dupont as an accounting supervisor, and after 22 years of service, he retired as President/CEO from Old Hickory Credit Union. He also served on the board of directors for the CUNA Mutual Insurance Group. He was a member of the Center Chapel Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by wife, Annice Smartt Smith; parents, Pete and Lydia Smith; three brothers and four sisters. Survivors include: daughters, Kathy Smith and Karen (Jeff) Richardson; granddaughter, Ashley Richardson; nephews, Darrell (Lou) Smith and Don (Austelle) Smartt; close friend and relative, Kate Bland; longtime companion, Diane Lish; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Don Smartt, Darrell Smith, Jeff Richardson, Allen Graves, Gerry Mires, and Pete Crawford. Honorary pallbearers will be the Class of 1943 of Mt. Juliet High School.

Mr. Taylor, 66, of Statesville, died Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at Cedars Health Care. He was a member of Prosperity Baptist Church, a farmer and factory worker.
He was preceded in death by parents, Willie and Opal Taylor; brothers, Ferman and Eubert Taylor; and sisters, Dorothy Kendall and Cordie Campbell. Survivors include: sons, Ronnie (Melissa) and Tommy (Garnette) Taylor, both of Statesville; grandchildren, Leighanna, Khristin, Alex and Chase Taylor; great-grandchildren, Sydney and Noah; sisters, Georgia Ridot of Adolphus, Ky. and Jorene Thompson of Oklahoma City, Okla.; brothers, Norman Taylor of Watertown and Gene and Donald Taylor, both of Statesville; and nieces and nephews.
