Services for Ms. Prowell will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 7 at First Presbyterian Church with Dr. Jim Choomack and Dr. John Cheetham officiating. Interment will be in Wilson County Memorial Park. Visitation will be 9 a.m. until service time at the church.
Ms. Prowell, 82, of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at University Medical Center. She was a Claims Adjuster for the State of Tennessee and a member of the First Presbyterian Church where she began as a secretary and later served as organist for 41 years.
She was preceded in death by parents, Claude C. & Hester Lewis Prowell; and brother, Claude C. Prowell Jr.
Survivors include: niece, Melissa Prowell; great nephews, Emanuel Luke and Clifton P. Sepulveda; and special friend, Jack Howard.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the charity of your choice.
Family & friends will serve as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers, the choir of First Presbyterian Church.
Partlow Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
William David Tinsley
A private memorial service for Mr. Tinsley will take place in Kentucky.
Mr. Tinsley, 47, of Lebanon, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2009.
He is preceded in death by brother, Wesley Tinsley.
Survivors include: mother, Canelia M. Tinsley of Lebanon; sister and brother-in-law Tammy and John Miles of Newport News, Va.; niece, Breanne Miles of Newport News; and nephew, Sheldon Miles of Newport News.
