Leonard Allison

Memorial services for Mr. Allison will be held in Iowa at a later date.
Mr. Allison, 102, of Lebanon, died Monday, May 26, 2008.
He was preceded in death by parents, Lewis and Alice Wignall Allison; wives, Eunice, Edith and Helene; and brother, Roy Allison. Survivors include: nephews, Ken (Sheila) and Larry (Lori) Allison, both of Lebanon.
Sellars Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Robert H. Driver
Services for Mr. Driver will be 3 p.m. Thursday, May 29 at Anderson Funeral Home with Bros. Amos Jarman and Phillip Lane officiating. Interment will be in Hillview Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. Wednesday and 11 a.m. until the service Thursday at the funeral home.

Mr. Driver, 87, of Alexandria, died Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at NHC Healthcare in Smithville. He was a farmer and member of West Main Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by parents, Tosh and Minnie Belle Hunt Driver; wife of 62 years, Lorene Driver; brothers, Charlie, Herman, Odis, Willie, Claude, and Clyde Driver; and sisters, Bessie Ballinger, Bonnie George and Johnnie Wilkerson. Survivors include: daughter, Betty Sue Vaughn of Smithville; grandchildren, Randy (Natasha) Vaughn of Alexandria and Cindy Vaughn of Murfreesboro; great-grandchildren, Drake and Ellie Grace Vaughn, both of Alexandria; and sister, Lura Bell (Riley) Cox of Lebanon.

Bill Eubanks

Services for Mr. Eubanks will be private.

Mr. Eibanks, 65, of Mt. Juliet, died Monday, May 26, 2008. He was a member of Unity Church for Positive Living and a pharmacist at Walgreens for more than 40 years.

He was preceded in death by parents, Troy and Eunice Eppinette Eubanks. Survivors include: wife of 38 years, Pamela Sampognaro of Mt. Juliet; son, Brian (Jill) Eubanks of Monroe, La.; and brother-in-law, Kevin Sampognaro.

Flowers accepted or memorials may be made to Unity Church for Positive Living.

Bond Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Burklia Brown Forsythe

Graveside services for Mrs. Forsythe will be 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 28 at Wilson County Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Terry Fesler officiating. No visitation is scheduled.

Mrs. Forsythe, 64, of Lebanon, died Tuesday, May 27, 2008, at University Medical Center. She was a homemaker and member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by parents, Jesse Frank and Nellie Mildred Ferrell Brown; husband, Seeber Richard "Dick" Forsythe; and stepson, Danny Forsythe.

Survivors include: son, Brad R. Forsythe of Lebanon; sister, Lowenid (Steve) Reinhart of Sierra Vista, Ariz.; extended family, Chad (Tammy) Richardson; uncle and aunt, W.G. and Joan Ferrell of Lebanon; nephew, Benton (Angela) Fagan of Clarksville; great-nephew, Eli Fagan; granddaughter, Kimberly Dawn Knight of Gallatin; three sisters-in-law, Arline Beaudreaux of Kingston; Brenda Jones of Starke, Fla.; Patty Wilder of Jacksonville, Fla.; two brothers-in-law, Sam (Kaoru) Mitchell and Bill (Linda) Mitchell; special friends, Denver Burlison of Lebanon; Donna Bombard of Eustis, Fla.; and Betty Gregory of Lebanon; cousins, Alma (Gene) Pike of Hendersonville; Mildred Kydd of Mt. Juliet; Byrd (Sue) Robertson of Lebanon; Betty Brasher and Liz Crabtree, both of Mt.
