Services for Mr. Denson will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14 at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Miller officiating. Interment will be in Smith County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. until the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Denson, 30, of Lebanon, died Friday, Nov. 9, 2007 at his residence. He attended Smith County High School and was employed with AAA Roofing Contractors in Cookeville.
Survivors include: parents, Michael Bruce â€œMikeâ€ and Anita â€œAnnâ€ Williams Denson of Lebanon; sister, Christy Denson; nephews, Hayden and Ricky of Carthage; and grandmothers, Pauline Williams of Carthage and Irene Bryant of Lebanon.
Jeremy Edward Beatty
Services for Mr. Beatty will be 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, at Celebration Lutheran Church in Mt. Juliet with Pastor Kevin Martin officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at Bond Memorial Chapel.
Mr. Beatty, 28, of Mt. Juliet, died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2007. He was a member of Celebration Lutheran Church and active in the youth group at First Lutheran Church in Nashville. He was a volunteer at Christian Camp Affirm. He was a 1999 graduate of Mt. Juliet High School and attended ITT Tech and MTSU.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edward and Louise Duszynski and Thomas Clarke Beatty.
Survivors include: his parents, Thomas Jerry Beatty and Linda Duszynski Beatty; a sister, Christine (Ryan) Christman; grandmother, Carrie Beatty; a niece, Piper Christman; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Mrs. Hicks, 59, of Lebanon and formerly of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2007 at University Medical Center. She was a graduate of the Canadian School System and was employed with Wilson Sporting Goods.
She was preceded in death by parents, John and Lucienne Owens; sister, Catherine Stokes; and brother, Peter Owens. Survivors include: husband, Robert â€œBobbyâ€ Hicks; daughter, Tina (Antonio) Allen; grandchildren, Natasha Hicks and Antonio, Joshua, Branden, Raven and Serenna Allen; sisters, Louise (Billy) Dejonge, Teresa Belanger and Eileen (John) Wilkinson; and brothers, Phillip (Yoland), Johnny, Pat, Mickey and Gerald Owens.

Services for Mr. Lane will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14 at Gladeville Baptist Church with the Revs. Bruce Grubbs and Phil Johnsey officiating. A Masonic service conducted by Joppa Lodge will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. Interment will be in Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home and one hour before services Wednesday at the church.
Mr. Lane, 81, of Gladeville, died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2007 at Lebanon Health and Rehab Center. He retired from Avco/Textron with over 30 years service. He was a member of Gladeville Baptist Church where he served as a deacon and Joppa Lodge No. 411 F & AM.
He was preceded in death by parents, C.E. and Lura Sanders Lane; brothers, Billy and John Lane; and sister, Lela Mai Johnson. Survivors include: wife of 55 years, Lois Sisk Lane; daughters, Debbie (Rodney) Thomas of Lebanon and Judy (Phillip) Davis of Midlothian, Texas; brother, Joe (Loretta) Lane of Gladeville; sister, Ernestine Lane of Murfreesboro; grandchildren, Rachel (Niel) Minor, Ryan and Bekah Thomas, and Stephen, Courtney and Katelyn Davis; and great-grandchildren, Alyssa Thomas and Colby and Addalyn Minor.
Pallbearers will be Joe and David Lane, Ryan Thomas, Eric and Mike Henry, Niel Minor and Don Johnson. Honorary pallbearers will be the deacons of Gladeville Baptist Church.
Services for Mr. Smith will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14 at Franklin Road Church of Christ in Pontiac, Mich. with Bro. Darrell Holt officiating. Interment will be in Perry Mount Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Tuesday at Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home in Pontiac and 10:30 a.m. until the service Wednesday at the church.
Mr. Smith, of Pontiac and formerly of the Dickson Chapel community in Wilson County, died Friday, Nov. 9, 2007. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was honorably discharged with the rank of Sergeant. He was a retired employee of General Motors Truck and Bus.
He was preceded in death by parents, Jimmie and Nancy Jane Smith; siblings, Junior, J.D. (Eddie) Bush, Maude Smith, Crissie Mathis, and Sallie (Robert) Atkins; sister-in-law, Laura B. Johnson; wife, Janis Smith; and many other relatives and friends.
