Willette M. Anderson
Services for Mrs. Anderson will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, at West Main Baptist Church with Bros. Amos Jarman and Thurman Seber officiating. Interment will be in Salem Cemetery. Visitation was Sunday, Nov. 25, from 6 p.m.-9 p.m., and will be Monday, Nov. 26, from 1 p.m.-9 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 27, from 10 a.m.- noon at Anderson Funeral Home and 12:30 until service time at the church.
Mrs. Anderson, 100, died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2007, at NHC Healthcare, Smithville. She was born Sept. 15, 1907, to Charlie Martin and Ella Vandergriff Martin. She was the owner of Anderson Funeral Home and been in the funeral business since 1936. Mrs. Anderson was a charter member of West Main Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Robert T. Anderson; parents, Charlie Martin and Ella Vandergriff Martin; brothers Charles B. Martin, James H. â€œChicâ€ Martin and sister, Maurine Malone.
Survivors include: daughter, Phyllis (Carl) Paschal of Alexandria; grandchildren, Pam (Aaron) Huddleston, of Lebanon, Shazon Paschal, of Alexandria, Lance (Terry) Young, of Mt. Juliet, Ron (Tina) Paschal, of Alexandria; great-grandchildren, Brandon Huddleston, of Daytona, Fla., Beth (Aaron) Eakes, of Nashville, Lincoln Young, of Mt. Juliet, Whitney Young, of Mt. Juliet; Justin Paschal, of Alexandria, and Jessica Paschal, of Alexandria; adopted nephew she raised, Rheada (Claudine) Malone, of Nashville; nephews, Freddy (Laverne) Martin, of Alexandria, and Bobby Charles (Audrey) Martin, of Dowelltown, and sister-in-law, Ila Mal Martin, of Alexandria.
Pallbearers will be Aaron Huddleston, Terry Young, Ron Paschal, Justin Paschal, Lincoln Young, Aaron Eakes and Sean Leiser.
Irene Graves Carver
Services for Mrs. Carver will be 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. Joe Widick officiating. Interment will be in the Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Monday, Nov. 26, from 2 p.m.-8 p.m. and Tuesday, Nov. 27, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
Mrs. Carver, 80, of Lebanon, died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2007, at Lebanon Health and Rehab Center. She was born Oct. 11, 1927, to James Henry and Mattie Lou Beadle Graves. She was a member of the Maple Hill Church of Christ and retired from Texas Boot Factory.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Henry Carver; brother and sister-in-law, John Byron and Ina Graves and sister, Emma Nathalia Bradshaw.
Survivors include: son, Dale Henry (Wynema) Carver Sr. of Lebanon; grandchildren, Dale Henry (Shannon) Carver Jr, of Lebanon, and Lisa Margene Carver, of Lebanon; great-granddaughters, Rachel and Payton Carver, of Lebanon; sisters, Myrtle Rhea (Billy) Montgomery, of Lebanon, Joyce Faye (Floyd) McDonald, of Lebanon, and Linda Karlene Bibby, of Lafayette, Tenn., and several nieces and nephews.
Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Robert Jantz, Elm Croft Alzheimers staff, Lebanon Health and Rehab staff, and Elders of Maple Hill Church of Christ.
Active pallbearers will be Dale Henry Carver Jr, Floyd McDonald, Billy Montgomery, James Montgomery, Norman McDonald, and Jimmy Bradshaw.
The family requests in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to the Maple Hill Church of Christ Benevolent Fund.
Mr. Crawford, 80, of Lebanon, died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2007. The arrangements are incomplete at this time. Sellars Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
