Services for Mr. Burnett will be 2 p.m. Monday, April 30, at The Chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home in Spring City, Tenn. with the Rev. Aaron Revis and the Rev. Mark E. Thompson officiating. Visitation will be noon until services on Monday.
Mr. Burnett, 49, of Lebanon, died Tuesday, April 24, 2007, at his home. He was employed with Jones Brothers as a superintendent.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Robyn H. Burnett of Lebanon; his father, Manuel Burnett of Spring City; two daughters, Amber Pauline and April Kristine Burnett both of Mesa, Ariz.; two sons, Richard Lee Burnett of Knoxville and James Burnett of Murfreesboro; and two sisters, Edna Miller of Spring City and Doraleen Burger of Chattanooga.
Mr. Cooksey, 49, of Lebanon, died Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at University Medical Center.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time. Wilson County Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Anissa D'Ann Davis
Services for Mrs. Davis will be 4:30 p.m. Saturday, April 28, at JC Hellum Funeral Home with the Rev. Frederick Jenkins officiating. Visitation will be 4 p.m. until services Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Scotts Chapel Cemetery in Old Hickory, Tenn.
Mrs. Davis, 36, of Old Hickory, died Tuesday, April 24, 2007.
Survivors include: a son, Donte' Davis-Salter; her parents; a brother, Jeffrey Davis; sister-in-law, Julie Davis; a nephew, Garrison Davis; a niece, Lauryn Davis; a grandmother, Eva Davis; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, "daughter" Shatika Falls, Lynnette Clemons, Yolanda Prince, Meredith Williams and Tonya Roberson.
Jeremy Shawn Upchurch
Graveside services for Mr. Upchurch will be 12 p.m. Saturday, April 28, at Cedar Grove Cemetery with Br. Kenneth Bowen officiating. Visitation will be 9 a.m. until services at the Wilson County Funeral Home.
Mr. Upchurch, 25, of Lebanon, died, April 28, 2007. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his father Jimmy Roger Upchurch.
Survivors include: his mother, Margaret Joyce Mincey; a son, Phillip Austin (Tyler) Warren; a daughter, Katelyn Daniele Upchurch; a brother, Jimmy Dewayne Upchurch and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, he family asks that memorial contributions be made to the funeral home.
