Genelle Clark

Services for Mrs. Clark will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, at Bond Memorial Chapel with the Revs. Ron Brown and Danny Reed officiating. Interment will be in Hillview Cemetery in Alexandria. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and noon until the service Wednesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Clark, 76, of Mt. Juliet and Donelson, died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2007.

She was preceded in death by parents, Charles and Willette Hearn Smith. Survivors include: husband, John T. Clark of Mt. Juliet; daughter, Wanda (William) Douglas of Mt. Juliet; son, Terry Pallas Clark of Randolph, Minn.; and granddaughter, Kendra Michelle Douglas.

Virginia Elizabeth Kelly Haire Edwards

Services for Mrs. Edwards were Monday, Dec. 17, at Bond Memorial Chapel with Dr. Craig Goff and Pastor Dave Goldner officiating. Interment was in Robertson County Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Edwards, 85, of Mt. Juliet, died Friday, Dec. 14, 2007. She was a member of Cooks United Methodist Church, a retiree of First American bank and a former member of the O.E.S.

She was preceded in death by parents, Rev. John Wilson and Georgia Elizabeth Golden Kelly; husbands, William Haire and Al Edwards; and sisters, Onita Nell Kelly, Delilah Williams, Sibyl WIlson, Marie Jones and Joyce Burris. Survivors include: daughter, June (William) Houston of Mt. Juliet; brothers, John Kelly Jr. of Lougoff, S.C. and Don (Georgiana) Kelly of Corona, Calif.; sisters,Golda Lewis of Nashville and Eunice (Ronnie) Lewis of Old Hickory; step-granddaughter, Margaret (Tim) Layel; step-great-grandson, Will Layel; caregivers, Judy Harvey and Cathy Stafford; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and
