John Franklin Duke

Memorial services for Mr. Duke will be 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 28 at Hermitage Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Bill McInteer officiating. A Masonic service will follow at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will be 5 p.m. until the service Monday at the funeral home.

Mr. Duke, 57, died Thursday, Jan. 24, 2008. He served as a Marine in Vietnam. He was a Past Worshipful Master of Claiborne Masonic Lodge No. 192 and a member of the Nashville Scottish Rite. He was a member of Tulip Grove Baptist Church and worked for Roadway Express for over 30 years.

He was preceded in death by father, J. Lin Duke and mother, Mary Elizabeth Duke. Survivors include: wife, Terry Duke; son, Justin C. Duke; daughter, Rachel A. Duke; granddaughter, Haley V. Duke; sister, Darla Bostick; brother, Jeffrey L. (Lorri) Duke; several nieces and nephews; and other family members.

Elizabeth
