Beatrice Peacock

Services for Mrs. Peacock will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14 at Sellars Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Sellars officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Saturday and noon until the service Sunday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Peacock, 83, of Gallatin, passed away Thursday, Dec. 11, 2008.

She was preceded in death by parents, Horace and Allie Harris Keenum; husband, Louis Odell Peacock; and son, Sonnie Peacock.

Survivors include: children, Louis (Theresa) Peacock of Lebanon, Patsy (Rick) Herbert, Peggy (Jeff) McCrea all of New Jersey, Dorothy (Richard) Simmons of Texas and Gloria Peacock of New Jersey; grandchildren, Lora (Jason) Page, Michael (Jesse) Peacock, Pamela (Graham) Knight, Paul (Valerie) Peacock, Debbie Burke, John Fitzpatrick and Michelle and Amanda Herbert; 10 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Sellars Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Helen Deloris Sellars

Services for Mrs. Sellars will be 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 15 at Sellars Funeral Home with Bros. Greg Moser and Danny Sellars officiating. Interment will be in Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Sunday and 11 a.m. until the service Monday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Sellars, 76, of Lebanon, passed away Friday, Dec. 12, 2008.

She was preceded in death by parents, Dr. Earl and Mattielean Wooden Ashworth; and husband, Riley Sellars.

Survivors include: children, Riley Alvin (Alice) Sellars, Deborah (Maxie) Croninger, Cynthia Pauline Sellars, all of Lebanon, Peggy Earline (Richard) Northcutt of Nashville, Walter Earl (Sherry) Sellars and Kerry Marcus Sellars, both of Lebanon; siblings, Carl Ashworth of Gallatin and Earline Watson of Nashville; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Gail Hendrix Starrett

Services for Mrs. Hendrix will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14 at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet with Bro. August Ruff officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Saturday and noon until the service Sunday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Starrett, 59, of Nashville, passed away Thursday, Dec. 11, 2008.

She was preceded in death by father, Thomas L. Hendrix. Survivors include: mother, Mary Alice Hazel Hendrix; daughter, Christy (Danny) McCrary King; son, Scott (Tammy) Hutchins; brother, Bill (Rebecca) Hendrix; sisters, Sandra Hendrix Anderson and Barbara Hendrix Johnson; and seven grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Adam Hendrix, Danny King, DJ King, Richard Kendall, Randall Kendall, Dale Anderson and Marshall Anderson.

Robert Earle Towns

Services for Mr. Towns will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14, at Partlow Funeral Chapel with Dr. Bruce Grubbs and the Rev. Robert Agee officiating. Interment will be in Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday, Dec. 13, from 4-8 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 14, from noon until service time at the funeral chapel.

Mr. Towns, 98, of Hermitage, died Friday, Dec. 12, 2008, at Summit Medical Center. He was a farmer and a member of Gladeville Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Bland Towns; parents, Daniel and Callie Towns; sister, Sarah (Burnice) Broiles and brother, Aubrey (Ruth) Towns.

Survivors include: sons, Paul (Carole) Towns and Gary (Phyllis) Towns; daughter, Sue Armstrong; eight grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Steve Barnes, Bobby Towns, Bryan Richetto, Drew Derosett, Larry Dodson, Butch O'Neal, Jeff McCanless. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ben Hurt, Robert Smith, Kenneth, Linton and Paul Whaley and Gahlon Smith.

Partlow Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
