Danny J. Binnion
Graveside Services for Mr. Binnion will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18 at Clark Cemetery with E. C. Meadows officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
Mr. Binnion, 46, of the Willette Community in Macon County, passed away Monday, Feb. 15, 2010 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. He was born in Macon County, the son of Bobby Binnion Sr., of the Willette community and the late Lotus Louise Wakefield Binnion. He was an employee of the former Woolen Mill in Lebanon.
Survivors include: his father; brother, Bobby (Brenda) Binnion Jr. of Lebanon; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and newphews.
The family requests memorials be made to the family memorial fund by calling or coming by the funeral home.
Anderson & Son Funeral Home of Red Boiling Springs is in charge of arrangements.
Johnny "Preacher Man" Wester
Services for Mr. Wester will be noon Friday, Feb. 19 at Disyal Funeral Home with the Rev. Frank Allen officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Lebanon Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 11 a.m. until the service Friday at the funeral home.
Mr. Wester, 94, died Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010 at Quality Care Health Center. He was born in Lancaster, Tenn. He attended Smith County Schools. He attended Lancaster Methodist Church and later joined Rocky Road United Methodist in Lebanon.
He was preceded in death by parents, John and Lucy Cowan.
Survivors include: wife of over 50 years, Scriptoria Wester; nephews, Jerome (Patsy) and Roderick (Beverly) Townsend, Ray (Sherry), Sherman (Dorothy) and Ed Wester and Cedric (Carolyn) Lancaster; nieces, Linda Townsend, Sue White, Sue Carrick, Wilma and Katherine Young and Thomasena Wester; a host of other nieces and nephews; cousin, Carrie English; friends, Rev. Frank Allen, Bobby Joe Lewis, Hubert Bell and Debra Abston; caregiver, Shirley Bates; and a host of other friends.
