Edd Bryant
No services for Mr. Bryant are scheduled at this time.
Mr. Bryant, 71, of Old Hickory, passed away Sunday, Jan. 31, 2010.
Survivors include: wife, Nellie Bryant; son, Brian Bryant; daughters, Sammie (Scott) Bell, Melissa (John) Moulton, Pamela (Joseph) Batson and Angela (fiancé, David Kielty) Hedden; brothers, Otis (Julia) Bryant and Darrell (Sherry) Bryant; sisters, Shirley (Arthur) Wood, Diane Miller and Deborah (Michael) Vaughn; grandchildren, Dawn, Ashley, Jacob, Sarah, Paige, Lindsey, Cole, Carter, Conner, and Taylor; great-grandchildren, Austin, Aiden and August; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet is in charge of arrangements.

John Thomas Hagar
Funeral services for Mr. Hagar will be private.
Mr. Hagar, 96, of Mt. Juliet, died Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010. He was a lifetime member of Dodson Chapel United Methodist Church and was retired from DuPont after 42 years of service. He was a fisherman and a gardener and participated in the Senior Olympics for several years. He was the son of the late James Henry and Eva Brent Hagar.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elva Hinson Hagar; brothers, Ira and James Hagar; and sister, Corrine Hagar. 
Survivors include: children, Betty Jean Burns, Christine H. (Harry) Northcutt and Jim (Mary Jane) Hagar; eight grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Dodson Chapel United Methodist Church Youth Program, 4107 Dodson Chapel Road, Hermitage, 37076.
Bond Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Ralph E. Pancoast
There are no services scheduled for Mr. Pancoast.
Mr. Pancoast, 58, died Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010. He was a decorated Vietnam veteran and was honorably discharged. He was an employee of Lebanon Chemical Company for almost 20 years and was a longtime employee of Certain-Teed Insulation in Berlin, N.J.
He was preceded in death by parents, Eldridge Pancoast and Margaret and Henry Carey; and sisters, Pauline Pancoast and Doris Leidy.
Survivors include: wife, Linda; son, Steven; daughter, Lorae; and granddaughter, Ashlynn, all of Lebanon; brothers and sisters, Dianna (Fred) Jones of Salisbury, N.C., Margaret Cook of Lebanon, Henry (Judy) Carey of Lexington, S.C., Robert Carey of Salisbury, Rosemary (George) Camiolo of Farmington, N.H. and Barbara (Gerald) Biebel of Clayton, N.J.

Elaine M. "Cookie" Swink
Graveside services and burial will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 4, at Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Randy Swink officiating.
Mrs. Swink, 78, of Stroudsburg, Pa. died Thursday, Jan. 28, 2010 at Gluco Lodge in Hamilton Township. Born in East Stroudsburg, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Jennie (Repsher) Mery and lived in Monroe County for most of her life until moving to Tennessee in the 1970's. She returned to Monroe County in 2004. A graduate of East Stroudsburg High School, she worked in the office at Pocono Medical Center and then was a beautician in Marshalls Creek. She was a member of the former Grace Lutheran Church in East Stroudsburg. She was the widow of Clair Donald Swink.
She was preceded in death by sisters, Jane Predmore, Leona Mutchler and Blanche McNeil; and brothers, Raymond and John Mery.
Survivors include: brothers-in-law, Elvin (Lilah) Swink of Stroudsburg, Lawrence (Janet) Swink of Neola, Ronald (Alice) Swink of Henryville and Warren McNeil of Deering, N.H.; and many nieces and nephews.
