Mildred Williams Agee
Funeral services for Mrs. Agee will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23 at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. August Ruff officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Agee, 94, of Sparta and formerly of Lebanon, passed away Sunday, Feb. 21, 2010 at Cookeville Regional Hospital. Born in Wilson County, she was the daughter of the late John W. and Nettie Lee Dunn Williams. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Agee; sisters, Katie Graves, Ruby Hight, Florence Farmer, Pearline Manns and Alice Long; and brother, William Jasper Williams.
Survivors include: her daughter and son-in-law, Dorothy A. and Jerry Burton of Sparta; brother, John C. (Mable) Williams of Goodlettsville; grandchildren, Kimberly (Jimmy) Brindley of Lebanon, Jerry C. Burton Jr. of Sparta and Michael (Amie) Burton of Byrdstown; and great-grandchildren, Savannah Nokes, McKenzie, Hailey, Chloe and Payne Burton.
Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Marvin Clark Beadle
Services for Mr. Beadle will be 3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24 at Fall Creek Baptist Church with the Revs. Carl Price, Greg Bell, Billy Trice, Mike Shelby and Dan Dozier officiating. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery in Norene. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Hunter Funeral Home and 2 p.m. until the service Wednesday at the church.
Mr. Beadle, 83, of Norene, died Sunday, Feb. 21, 2010 at University Medical Center. He was former owner of Shannon Electric Company in Nashville. He attended Fall Creek Baptist Church and was a World War II Army veteran.
He was preceded in death by parents, H.S. and Mattie Lou Jones Beadle; and brother and sister-in-law, Howell and Erline Beadle.
Survivors include: wife of 61 years, Hannah Corinne Stroud Beadle; children, Bob (Lynn) Beadle of Norene and Connie (Tony) Odeneal of Loretto; grandchildren, Stacie and K.C. (Amanda) Odeneal and Kristin and Jennifer Beadle; great-grandchild, Bree Odeneal; niece, Diane Beadle Laws; and several cousins.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Hardy, Bennie Frank Wilson; Roger Rust, Pete Curtis, James Evans, Terry McPeak, Harold Edwards and Brian McCall. Honorary pallbearers will be Ken Beadle, Johnny Woosley, Shannon and Allen Moser, Richard Jones and Fall Creek Baptist Church Sunday School Class No. 4.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fairview Cemetery, the Norene Community Center or the Fall Creek Baptist Church Stain Glass Fund in c/o Hunter Funeral Home.

Dr. Henry Cheairs Farrar Jr.
Memorial services and celebration of life for Dr. Farrar will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, at College Hills Church of Christ. Visitation will be Friday, Feb. 26, from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 27, from noon until service time at the church.
Dr. Farrar, 83, of Lebanon, died Monday, Feb. 22, 2010, at St. Thomas Hospital.
Partlow Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
