Margaret Napier Berry
Services for Mrs. Berry will be 2 p.m. on Nov. 23, at Meadows Mortuary in Atlanta, Ga. A graveside service will be at noon, Nov 25, at National Cemetery on Gallatin Road in Madison.
Mrs. Berry, 93, passed away on Nov. 18, 2009 in Atlanta. She was a retired employee of Vanderbilt Hospital, where she served over 30 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Prince Arthur Berry.
Survivors include: son, John Evans of Atlanta, Ga.; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

Services for Mrs. Cascio were conducted on Sunday, Nov. 22, with Elder Charles Allen Gentry officiating. Burial followed in the Smith County Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Cascio, 83, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009, at Lebanon Health and Rehab Center, where she had resided since December of 2008. She attended Carthage High School and worked as a teacher's assistant in the Greenwood, Miss., School System. She was a longtime member of the Green Valley Missionary Baptist Church in the Horseshoe Bend Community.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sammie Cascio; parents, Carrie Lou Evans Bennett and Isham Green Harris Bennett; brothers, Dalton Dwite Bennett and George Dowell Bennett; step-mother, Lois Alyne Smartt Bennett.
Survivors include: son, Gary (Sherry) Lester of the Watervale Community; granddaughters, Angie (Robert) Burgess of San Antonio, Texas and Amy Lattimore of Watervale; three great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Joshua Burgess and Wesley Lattimore.
The family requests memorials be sent to the Smith County Cancer Fund.
William T. Vantrease
Services for Mr. Vantrease will be 12 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 24, at JC Hellum Funeral Home with the Rev. Andray Clemons officiating. Interment will be in Vantrease Cemetery in Watertown. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, Nov. 24, beginning at 11 a.m. until service time. A musical celebration will be from 11 - 11:30 a.m., followed by Masonic services.
Mr. Vantrease, 91, passed away Nov. 20, 2009, at Skyline Medical Center.
Survivors include: children, Glenda (the Rev. Robert) Popwell, Ernest Vantrease and Earl (Cheryl) Vantrease, Pearl (Bobby) Carter, Theresa (Danny) Lyles and Chartise Vantrease; brother-in-law, William C. Bates; 16 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
