Bryson Allen Collins

Services for infant Collins will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17 at Sellars Funeral Home with Bro. Terry Fessler officiating. Interment will be in Conatser Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to service time Saturday at the funeral home.

Infant Collins passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2009.

Survivors include: mother, Deanna Collins of Lebanon; father, William Marero; grandparents, David and Brenda Collins; aunt, Trisha Collins; and great-uncle, Michael Collins.

Harold Robert "Bobby" Lyle

Memorial services for Mr. Lyle will be 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 16 at Powell Grove Church of Christ in Lebanon.

Mr. Lyle, 52, of Lebanon, died Sunday, Dec. 28, 2008 at his residence. He was a parts manager with Rocky Williams Premier and a member of The Journey Church.

He was preceded in death by father, James "J.W." Lyle; brothers, Kenny and Ricky Dale Lyle; and grandparents, Wilburn and Leona Haynes and Emmitt and Mae Lyle.

Survivors include: wife, Pat Lyle; mother, Norma Jean Lyle of Texas; sons, Clinton Lyle of Nashville and Clayton Lyle of Lebanon; brother, Steve Lyle of Texas; sisters, Mary Jane (Jimmy) Baker of Kentucky and Patricia Pace, Peggy Frasier, Wanda Gonzales and Joanie Vacker, all of Texas.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wilson County Animal Shelter.

Partlow Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Virginia Floyd Reed

Services for Mrs. Reed will be 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 16 at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with the Rev. Terry Cathey officiating. Interment will be in Bartons Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-7 p.m. Thursday and after 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Reed, 93, of Lebanon, died Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2009 at University Medical Center. She retired as dry goods store clerk having worked for Draper and Darwin, D & D and the Factory Outlet Store. She was a homemaker and member of Bartons Creek Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by husband of 69 years, Odell Reed; grandson, Timothy Reed; brothers, Dallas and Theo Floyd; and an infant sister.

Survivors include: children, Wallace Dell (Martha Jean) Reed, Bobby Joe (Faye) Reed and Janette (Wendell) Hall all of Lebanon; grandchildren, Angie Reed of Lebanon, Leasa (Richard) Gammon of Lebanon, Cindy (Jim) Bjork of Murfreesboro and Andy (Kelli) Hall of Lebanon; eight great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and relatives Elizabeth and Charlie Tatum of Lebanon.

Pallbearers will be Jim and Ben Bjork, Richard Gammon, Andy Hall, and Eddie and Jimmy Reed.

Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Douglas Warren Risner

Services for Mr. Risner will be 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 16 at Bond Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Bruce Grubbs officiating. Interment will be in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Mr. Risner, 84, of Mt. Juliet, died Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2009. He was a US Army veteran serving during WWII.

He was preceded in death by parents, John Enoch and Annie Jo Brewer Risner; son, Randy; grandson, Kevin; and several brothers and sisters.

Survivors include: wife of 65 years, Wanda Risner of Mt. Juliet; sons, Larry (Betty) Risner of Hermitage, Terry (Mary) Risner of Lawrenceburg, and Ricky (Donna) and Kenny (Kathy) Risner, both of Mt. Juliet; daughter, Carolyn (Larry) Graves of Richmond, Va.; sister, Martha Anderson of Nashville; and seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Donnie, James and Robert Risner, Jerry Womble, Denny Harvey and Johnny Crumby.

Bond Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Susan Alison Roberts

A memorial service will be 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 17 at Fairview Church on Leeville Pike.

Mrs. Roberts, 52, of Lebanon, passed away Sunday, Jan. 11, 2009.

Survivors include: sons, Chris Poole and Joseph Roberts; grandchildren, Nikki, Christopher Jr. and Tyler Poole; brother, Kent Burklow; and numerous family members and friends.

Crawford Mortuary & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.

Ray Thomas Rollins

Services for Mr. Rollins will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, at Hunter Funeral Home with the Rev. James G. Williams. Interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until service time Saturday.

Mr. Rollins, 70, died Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2009, at University Medical Center. He served in the Army Airborne and was a mechanic.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Rollins and Grady Presley Rollins and brothers, Lonnie, Donnie and Earl Rollins.

Survivors include: wife, Ruby Lannom Rollins of Lebanon; sons, Randy Rollins and Richard Rollins, both of Lebanon; grandchildren, Buddy Rollins and Tabitha and Michael Sevier; brother, Eddie Rollins of Lebanon and sister, Polly (Greg) Harelson of Las Vegas, Nev.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Dr. Luther Stanley Watson

Services for Dr. Watson will be 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 16 at Covenant Fellowship Church of the Nazarene with Pastors Don Schultheis, Claude Nicholas and Chris Sutherland officiating. Interment will be in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. until the service Friday at the church.

Dr. Watson, 88, of Mt. Juliet, died Sunday, Jan. 11, 2009.

He was preceded in death by wife, Anna Belle Gilbert Watson; son; parents; sister; and two grandsons.

Survivors include: wife, Billie Kirkus Watson; seven children; 20 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; a sister; and a brother.
