Charles â€œChuckâ€ Frye
Services for Mr. Frye will be noon Saturday, Jan. 5 at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet. Interment will be in Hurricane Church Cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until the service Saturday at the funeral home.
Mr. Frye, 47, died Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2008.
He was preceded in death by brother, Paul Allen Frye. Survivors include: parents, Charles Sanford Frye and Linda Joyce Hager Rich; sons, Charles and Colby Frye; daughter, Sabrina Crawford; five nieces and nephews; and five grandchildren.
Aline Regis Kennedy
Services for Mrs. Kennedy will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 6 at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Saturday and noon until the service Sunday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Kennedy, 79, of Mt. Juliet, died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2008.
She was preceded in death by parents, Arthur and Brasilia Vieira Regis; son, Charles Regis Kennedy; and sisters, Miriam and Cora Regis. Survivors include: husband, Howard Kennedy of Mt. Juliet; son, Marcus (Shelia) Kennedy of Lebanon; daughter, Jeannie Kennedy Beasley of Boise, Idaho; step-children, Tommy (Rosemary) and Wayne (Judy) Kennedy of Mt. Juliet; brothers, Arthur and Silvio Regis; sisters, Regina, Analucia and Lillie Regis; grandchildren, Tyler and Andrea Beasley and Lindsey, Katie and Ryan Kennedy; and numerous nieces and nephews.
George Everett Phillips
Services for Mr. Phillips will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 6, at the Harris Chapel Church of Christ in the Bell Wood community with Bro. Charles Schafner as eulogist and Bro. Sammey Seay officiating. Interment will be in Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 1:30 p.m. unil services on Sunday.
Mr. Phillips, 73, died Wednseday, Jan. 3, 2008. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and a 1969 graduate of Wilson County High School on Market Street. He was a staff member of The Disyal Funeral Home and the Mt. Mt. Lebanon Memorial Gardens. He was retired from TRW, where he worked for 35 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse Earl and Vera Mai Phillips.
Survivors include: his wife of 45 years, Lucy Mai Phillips; a daughter, Crystal Daryl; two sons, Ryan (Tanya) Phillips and Marco (Frankie) Phillips, both of Lebanon; grandchildren, La Crisa and Dakota Carver, Bianca and Kadejah, MaRyan and Pojo Phillips and Ahlexus Phillips; a sister, Earline Thompson and a brother, William Justin (Betty) Phillips of Altus, Okla.; four brothers-in-law, Sammey Seay, Edward (Wilma) Seay and Kenneth Seay, all of Lebanon, and J.B. (D.J.) Seay of New Haven, Mich.; two sisters-in-law, Juanta (Ralph) Payne of Haines City, Fla. and Cornelia Seay of Lebanon; and dedicated and devoted friends, William Ferrell, John D. Harris Jr., Juanita Rhodes and family, the late Sam Boneâ€™s family, Harold and Stratton Bone families, Mrs. Anne Slagle, Charles and Julie Cooksey, Beth Petty, Dorethea Wright, Jo Doris Pride, Robbie Mathis, Ruby Eubanks, the Jenkins family and mr. Garland Allen.
