Mildred Hastings Roberts

Services for Mrs. Roberts will be 11 a.m. Saturday, July 14 at Lebanon Church of God with Bishop A.J. Valentine officiating. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until the service at the church.

Mrs. Roberts, 63, of Lebanon, died Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at Kindred Hospital in Nashville. She was employed with Texas Boot Company and Cedar Croft for many years.

She was preceded in death by husband, Jim Roberts; parents, Virgil and Aline Hastings; and daughter, Ruth Hearn. Survivors include: son, Charles Terell Hastings of Lebanon; sister, Virgleen (Jay T.) Seay of Lebanon; step-brother, Jerome (Gerladine) Clark of Old Hickory; and grandsons, Corey Hearn and Jeremiah Hastings, both of Lebanon.

Disyal Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Polly Jane Hunter Tatum

Graveside services for Mrs. Tatum will be 10 a.m. Saturday, July 14 at Cedar Grove Cemetery with Dr. Larry Locke and the Rev. Pierce Dodson officiating. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Friday at Hunter Funeral Home.

Mrs. Tatum, of Lebanon, died Thursday, July 12, 2007. She was a Watertown High School and University of Tennessee graduate. She worked in the securities and trust market sectors, most recently with Cumberland Trust in Nashville. She was a member of Daughters of the American Revolution, Margaret Gaston Chapter, the National Society of Colonial Dames and the Magna Carta, East Tennessee Chapter.

She was preceded in death by grandparents, Jewell W. Nave, Ernest and Polly Dodson Hunter, all of Lebanon. Survivors include: husband, Barry Tatum of Lebanon; son, William Hunter Tatum of Lebanon; parents, Mike and Kathy Nave Hunter of Watertown; brothers, Michael and Jack Hunter of Watertown; grandmother, Mary Jane Nave of Sevierville; father- and mother-in-law, Ernest and Janette Tatum of Lebanon; and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws.

Pallbearers will be John Bland, Jay Bradshaw, Bill Dodson, Nikki Gregg, Jud Nave, Bill Nosbisch and Mike Stevens.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Wilson COunty Humane Association, P.O. Box 247, Lebanon, 37088.

Heather Michelle Emslie Tisdale

Services for Mrs. Tisdale will be 1 p.m. Saturday, July 14 at Partlow Funeral Chapel with Bro. Barry Ellis officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Friday and noon until the service Saturday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Tisdale, 29, of Lebanon, died Wednesday, July 11, 2007. She was a teacher at Thorne’s Child Care Center and a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by sister, Jennifer Kelly Emslie. Survivors include: husband, Lance Tisdale; sons, Mason Dewayne and Morgan Skyler Tisdale; step-daughter, Madisen Brooke Tisdale; parents, John and Paulette Emslie of Murfreesboro; broters, Richard (Chris) and Heath Emslie, both of Murfreesboro; and sister, Melanie Emslie of Murfreesboro.

Pallbearers will be Tim and Scott Filson, Rich McDonald, Eddie DeLeon, Marin Garcia and David Hayes.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Heather Tisdale Memorial Fund at F & M Bank.
