Services for Mrs. Marquardt will be 7 p.m. Monday, June 4 at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Walters officiating. Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Marquardt, 80, of Lebanon, died Friday, June 1, 2007. She was born in Alabama. Mrs. Marquardt was a member of the Bairds Mill Church of Christ. She worked at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and also for Brother International, where she traveled around the country teaching how to use knitting machines. She and her husband also made porcelain dolls. She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew Landrum and Pearl Bryant Landrum Holt; two brothers, Andrew and James Landrum; and a brother-in-law, Robert Smith.
Survivors include: her husband of forty-two years, Erwin G. Marquardt; two children, Michael (Joyce) Cox of Berea, Ohio, and Sheila Blaylock of Orland Park, Ill.; sister, Marjorie Smith of Lebanon; two brothers, Paul (Reba) Holt of Lebanon and Robert (Barbara) Holt of Marietta, Ga.; brother-in-law, Charles (Kay) Marquardt of Wisconsin; three grandchildren, Sandy and Sean Cox, and Lindsay Demarah; two great-grandchildren, Zachary Campione and Brookelyn Demarah.
Services for Mr. Prewett will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 5 at Sellars Funeral Home with Bro. William Harris officiating. Interment will follow at Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 1-8 p.m. Monday, June 4 and 10-11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 5.
Mr. Prewett, 48, died June 2, 2007. He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Prewett.
Survivors include: his daughter, Kayla Prewett; mother, Maude Prewett; sister, Debbie (Dwight) Hardin; brothers, Bubba (Myrtle) Prewett, Billy Keith Prewett, and Andy Prewett; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Donnie Christian Jr., Joseph Dodd, Dwight Hardin, Bethel James Dickens, Kerry Thompson, and Bubba Prewett.
