Services for Mr. Beard will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 14 at Alexander Funeral Home. Entombment will be in Memory Chapel Mausoleum at Sumner Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Beard, 87, of Lebanon and formerly of Castalian Springs, died Sunday, May 11, 2008.
He was preceded in death by wife, Victoria Beard; and parents, Grover and Beulah Lee Jones Beard. Survivors include: son, Jerry Valerio of Mt. Juliet; daughters, Phyllis Brown of Gallatin, Patricia Robinson of California, and Barbara Valerio of New Mexico; brothers, Darrel and J.T. Beard, both of Arkansas; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services for Mrs. Dean were held Monday, May 12 at Coffee County Funeral Chapel with Bro. Beal officiating. Interment was in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Dean, 78, of Lebanon and formerly of Manchester, died Thursday, May 8, 2008 at her residence. She owned and operated Silvia's Fabric and Craft Shop in Manchester prior to moving to Lebanon.
She was preceded in death by parents, Paul and Zoah Garrett Nicholas. Survivors include: husband, Daniel Dean of Lebanon; son, Ronnie (Lenora) Dean of Snellville, Ga.; daughter, Deborah (Michael) Brewington of Lebanon; sisters, Mona Webber of Macon, Ga. and Kay Snodgrass of Muncie, Ind.; grandchildren, Ronnie C. Dean, Leslie Surowich, and Daniel and Rachel Brewington; and four great-grandchildren.
Jimmy Gary Green
Services for Mr. Green will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Pleasant Ridge Church with Bro. Shane Britt officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until the service Tuesday at the church.
Mr. Green, 54, of Castalian Springs, died Sunday, May 11, 2008 at his residence. He was a truck driver for Nationwide Southeast and a member of Pleasant Ridge Church.
He was preceded in death by parents, C. Albert and Emma Canaday Green; and sisters, Martha and Shirley Green. Survivors include: companion, Debbie Cascaden of Adolphus, Ky.; son, Gary Lee Green and companion Paige Weaver of Scottsville, Ky.; daughter, Betty Jo (David) Loftis of Adolphus; brothers, Albert (Mary) and Robert Green, both of Adolphus, James (Marty) Green of Castalian Springs and Carl (Cindy) Green of Missouri; sister Mary Jane (Carl) Poe of Adolphus; grandchildren, Kristian, Jasmine and Jacob Green, all of Scottsville and Dylon Loftis of Adolphus; special-like son, John Cascaden and his children, Misty and Hunter; and several nieces and nephews.

Services for Mr. Haynes will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 14 at Wilson County Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Sellars officiating. Interment will be in Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. until the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Haynes, 76, of Lebanon, died Sunday, May 11, 2008 at his residence.
He was preceded in death by parents, Joe Bob and Eula Harrison Haynes; and brothers Bill, Lee, Tip and C.S. Haynes. Survivors include: wife of 55 years, Willadene Bennett Haynes; sons, Doug, L.D. and Wayland (Jennifer) Haynes; grandchildren, Justin and Jessica Haynes; brothers, Lavern and Joe Bob (Peggy) Haynes; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Linda Bennett, Josephine Shoemake, Paulette (Harvey) McGuork, Doris Haynes and Bill Belcher; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; and special neighbor, Lisa Bennett.
Pallbearers will be Eddie Bennett, Harvey McQuork, Jessie White, Eddie Hughes, Bob Belcher and Charlie Chaffin. Junior Pallbearers will be Justin and Jessica Haynes.
Linda Sue Davenport Heath
Services for Mrs. Heath will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 14 at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Tony Hutson and Phillip Rogers officiating. Interment will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Heath, 55, of Smyrna, died Saturday, May 10, 2008 at St. Thomas Hospital. She was a native of Wilson County. She was a member of the Middle Tennessee Baptist Church and a home maker.
She was preceded in death by her father, Aubrey Davenport and brother Perry Davenport. Survivors include: her husband, Jim Heath; mother, Mamie Davenport Bowman; step children, Phillip and Matthew Heath of Smyrna; sisters, Audrey Ann Snyder of Lascassas and Janice Rogers of Murfreesboro; brothers, Robert Davenport of Dublin, Ga. and Roger Davenport of Murfreesboro.
Memorials in memory of Mrs. Heath may be made to the Middle Tennessee Baptist Church Building Fund.
