James Ernest Gaddes

Services for Mr. Gaddes will be 10 a.m. Friday Oct. 26, at Hunter Funeral Home. Interment will be in Jones Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 9 .m. Wednesday and Thursday at the funeral home.

Mr. Gaddes, 46, of Watertown, died Tuesday, Oct 23, 2007. He was a member of Jesus Loves You Tabernacle.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Ray Gaddes and grandparents, Ernest and Myrtle Owen and Walther and Emma Gaddes.

Survivors include: his wife, Melba Parsley Gaddes of Watertown; two daughters, Layla an dHolly Gaddes of Watertown; his mother and Louise (Turney) Shehane of Watertown; sisters, Debbie (Charles) Martin of Watertown, Bobbie (J.B.) Hale of Alexandria and Brenda (Paul) Dorris of Watertown; a brother, Jackie Ray Gaddes of Alexandria; uncles, Howard (Roberta) Gaddes of Watertown and Herschel (Margeret) Gaddes of Nashville; nieces and nephews; and a special friend Louie Simpson.

Pallbearers wil be Michael Dorris, Stevie Gaddes, Louie Simpson, Layne Fuson, Kerry Hale and David Davenport. Honorary pallbearers will be Chad Hale, Jewell Hale, Chuck Martin, Charles Martin, Paul Dorris, James Parsley, Ralph Gaddes, Phillip Gaddes and Floyd Gaddes.

Charles Winter Hamlet

Services for Mr. Hamlet will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25 at Hunter Funeral Home with the Rev. Javin Lawson officiating. Interment will be in Peek Cemetery in Jackson County. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. until service time Thursday at the funeral home.

Mr. Hill, 76, of Watertown, died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2007 at University Medical Center. A maintenance worker, he was a member of the Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by daughter Linda Gail Hamlet; parents, Tommy and Affie Mai Hamlet; and brothers Eston and William Hamlett.

Survivors include: wife Mannie Tucker Hamlet of Watertown; children Charlene Bain of Sulphur, La., Terry Wayne Hamlet of Lebanon, Patricia Barrett of Lebanon, Becky (Tony) Vanatta of Lebanon and Charles Matthew (Tina) Hamlet of Carthage; grandchildren Hobert James Horn, Michael and Davis Estes, Christopher Barrett, Craig Hamlet, Jeffrey and Eric Vanatta, and Rhawnie Adler; great-grandchildren Tyler and Caleb Adler and Jackson Dunn; siblings Ray Hamlet of Sparta, James (Frances) Hamlet of Statesville, Carlos (Linda) Hamlet of Watertown, Lucille (Joe) Fitts of Temperance Hall, Lorene Purcell of Rome, Ga., Ruth Castill and Liza Ann Coffee, both of Gainesboro; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Michael Estes, Davis Estes, Eric Mitchell, James Horn, Criag Hamlet, and Tony Vanatta.

Honorary pallbearers will be Daniel and Javin Lawson, Bill Gallagher and Shelah Dodd.

Christopher Charles Alexander Hill

Services for Mr. Hill were held Saturday, Oct. 20 at Spring Hill Funeral Home.
Mr. Hill, 20, of Goodlettsville, died Monday, Oct. 8, 2007.

Suvivors include: mother, Wakeyia Campbell; father, Enrico Campbell; sisters, Brittney and Ashley Hill; grandparents, Charlie andClara Hill and Charles and Jacqueline Campbell; great-grandmother, Katie Freeman; aunts, T. Vanyette McElarth and Latesha Hill; and cousins, Steven McElarth and Andrew Brooks.

Hellum Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
