Roy David Alexander, Jr.

Visitation and memorial services for Mr. Alexander will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3 at Partlow Funeral Chapel.

Mr. Alexander, 79, of Lebanon died Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2007. He was a farmer and cattle buyer for A.W. Cherry Livestock. He was preceded in death by parents Roy David Sr. and Elbeteen Harrison Alexander and two brothers.

Survivors include: wife LaQuita Alexander; son Roy David (Martha) Alexander III of Spring Hill; daughters Judy (Rick) Whitson of Oliver Springs and Joy Scott of Lebanon; sister Claudia Wildebauer of Visalia, Calif.; grandchildren Candice Alexander, Roy David Alexander IV, Jessica Luffman, Ron Pope Jr., Bryan Pope and Andrew Pope; and great-grandchildren Nickole Alexander, Jean Alexander, Wesley Pope and Evan Pope.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 4205 Hillsboro Pike Suite 200, Nashville, TN 37215.

Nellie Burgeson

No services are planned for Mrs. Burgeson.

Mrs. Burgeson, 90, of Lebanon, died Friday, Sept. 28, 2007 at her residence.

She was preceded in death by parents, Ralph and Martha Montgomery; husband, Lewis Burgeson; two sisters; and grandson, Casey Lee Carver. Survivors include: son, Lewis “Pete” (Frances) Burgeson of Lebanon; daughter, Patricia (Stephen) Lee of Lebanon; half brother, Robert Montgomery; and grandsons, Daniel, David, Frank and Peter Burgeson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital.

Nancy B. Dyche

Services for Mrs. Dyche will be held in Arcadia, Fla. at a later date.

Mrs. Dyche, 76, of Arcadia, Fla. died Sunday, Sept. 30, 2007. She was preceded in death by husband Orval Dyche and son Kelly Marcum.

Survivors include: David (Darlene) Marcum and Gary (Joy) Marcum; grandchildren Scott (Laurie) Marcum, Josh Marcum, Danielle Marcum, Donni Marcum and Austin Marcum; and sister Joyce (Dean) Rivens.

Local arrangements are with Hermitage Funeral Home.

Donald “Donnie” Wayne Mooney

Services for Mr. Mooney will be 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3 at Hibbet and Hailey Funeral Home Chapel in Nashville with Dr. Vic Jungkurth officiating. Visitation will be 3 p.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.

Mr. Mooney, 52, of LaVergne died Monday, Oct. 1, 2007.

Survivors include: father Arthur J. Mooney; mother Bobbie Ann Hamilton Mooney; sisters Diane L. Mooney and Lisa Dobbs; aunts Beverly Hamilton and Shirley Hamilton Mosier; and nephew Nathan Mooney.

John Donald Kilzer Jr.

Services for Mr. Kilzer will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 4, at Hunter Funeral Home with the Rev. Dewayne Hall officiating. Interment will be in Commerce Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. until services Thursday.

Mr. Kilzer, 33, of Watertown, died Monday, Oct. 1, 2007. he was employed by Wilson County Water Authority and a member of Mace’s Hill Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include: his wife, Tiffany Calton Kilzer of Watertown; a daughter, Daesha Madewell; stepdaughter, Emerald Robinette; father, Donnie Kilzer; mother, Sandra Poole of Washington; and three brothers and sisters, Jim, Mary Jo and Karen.

Pallbearers will be Chris Laueber, Quinn Haynes, Brent Shoulders, Phillip Johnson, Brad Askew and Joe Kilzer.

Dario Mendze Neal

Mr. Neal, 25, of Lebanon, died Monday, Oct.1, 2007 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Survivors include: child Devren; mother Athena Neal; father Kenneth Patton; four sisters and four brother; and special friend Dionne Weir.
Arrangements are incomplete.

Saddler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

William Robert Nelms

Services for Mr. Nelms will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 4, at Madison Christian Church. Visitation will follow the service.

Mr. Nelms,76, of Donelson, died Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2007. He was a member of Madison Christian Church. He was a Korean War veteran and served in the U.S. Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alonzo Woodson Nelms and Montine Maddox Nelms.

Survivors include: his wife, Nell Heath Nelms of Donelson; two daughters, Sandra Arnold of Hermitage and Gay Worrell of Atlanta; three sons, Bob Nelms, of Trenton, Ky., and Bill Nelms and Joe Nelms of Donelson.

Vernon B. Williams Sr.

Services for Mr. Williams will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 3 at Hermitage Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. August Ruff officiating. Entombment will be in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 11 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.

Mr. Williams, 83, of Hermitage died Saturday, Sept. 30, 2007. A member of Green Hill Church of Christ, he was a past Master of Mt. Juliet Masonic Lodge No. 642 and 32nd-degree Scottish Rite Mason. He was a retired superintendent for Joe M. Rodgers Construction.

Survivors include: wife of 64 years Janie Maynard Williams; son Vernon B. (Cathy) Williams Jr.; grandson Todd (Beth) Williams; great-grandsons Tyler and Nathan Williams.

Active pallbearers will be Todd Williams, Leroy Clark, Rodney Martin, Robert Evans, Mark Rinks and Houston Stanton.

Honorary pallbearers will be the elders and deacons of Green Hill Church of Christ and members of the Mt. Juliet Masonic Lodge.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Green Hill Church of Christ, 13251 Lebanon Road, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122.

David “Ham” Wilson

There are no services scheduled for Mr. Wilson. He requested to be cremated.

Mr. Wilson, 50, of Lebanon, lost his battle to cancer on Monday, Oct. 1, 2007. He was employed with LoJac.

Survivors include: wife, Gail Wilson; daughter, Britney Wilson; step-daughter, Brandy King; parents, Ira and Ruth Wilson; and sister, Donna (W.A.) Barry.

Memorials may be made to the Minnie Pearl Cancer Center, 2410 Patterson Street, Suite 110, Nashville, 37203.

Partlow Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
