Billy White Haynes

Services for Mr. Haynes will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon with Bro. Wayne Miller and Joe Pate officiating. Interment will be in Bethlehem Cemetery at Tuckers Crossroads. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Haynes, 67, died Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007. he was a member of the Maple Hill Church of Christ and worked with Lebanon Steel for 38 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Nell White Haynes; grandparents, Hugh and Florence White and special aunt Lucy Sanders.

Survivors include: his wife, Mary Nell Haynes; children, Darryl Marler and Lynn (Kim) Marler; and grandchildren, Gretchen Lee Marler and Mary Lee Marler.

Pallbearers will be Bill Ballard, Ed Coogan, Walter Denney, Tom Hoffman, Dayton Jamison, Bob Lawson, Howard Galyean and Paul Weir. Honorary pallbearers will be Gary White, Johnny Caplenor, Charlie Crawford, Don Presley, Donnie White, Steve Johnson and the employees of Snake Steel Co.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Maple Hill Church of Christ Building Fund.

Frances Christine Hawkins Sellars

Services for Mrs. Hawkins will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12 at First Presbyterian Church with Drs. Ray Dykes and John Cheetham officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home and one hour prior to services at the church.

Mrs. Sellars, 86, of Lebanon, died Monday, Sept. 10 ,2007 at Alive Hospice at Skyline Madison. She was the daughter of the late Professor E.E. and Margaret Johnson Hawkins. She graduated from Virginia Interment and attended Julliard School of Music. She was a soloist at St. Paul
