Funeral services will be held on Sunday, Sept. 1, 2013, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Danny Sellars officiating. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and from noon until 2 p.m. Sunday at Sellars Funeral Home. Interment will be at the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Mr. Forsyth, 62, passed away on August 29.
He worked at the Woolen Mills and Swifty Gas Station.
Survivors include children: Sheree (Dale) Heflin, Crystal (Juan) Hernandez, Jamie (Julie) Forsyth, and Lori Forsyth; sister: Gail Surratt; brother-in-law: Johnny Broussard; grandchildren: Jessica (John) Kevetter, Matt (Leah) Heflin, Colebra Richardson, Shaye Heston, Emmalee Alexander, Christopher Alexander, Easton Forsyth, and Maddux Forsyth; great-grandchildren: Chloe Kevetter, Amelia Heflin, Charlie Heston; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Matt Heflin, Paul Rhodes, John Kevetter, Derrick Correa, and Jeremy Thavorn.
