Thousands of children will take to the streets Wednesday dressed as ghosts, princesses, super heroes, etc. as All Hallow’s Eve arrives in Wilson County.
The search for candy will lead to doorsteps across Lebanon and Wilson County with eager hands stretched and gentle voices rising with, “Trick or treat.”
While fun is in store for many, let’s not forget safety while out and about Wednesday night. Make sure to watch for vehicles while on foot or driving from one destination to the next. In short, let’s be careful out there.
If family fun is sought with little effort, Halloween on the Square will be Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. at the Square in Lebanon. The always-popular coffin race starts at 7:30 p.m. Make plans to join hundreds of friends and neighbors for the annual event.
And if the candy gets to be too much, Serenity Dental in Lebanon will buy candy for $1 per pound and send it to our troops as part of Operation Gratitude. It could save a cavity or two. Stop by Thursday from 1-5 p.m.
