The second called for the board to take any action necessary to amend the Tennessee Business Corporation Act to permit Biglari Capital to engage in an extraordinary transaction to buy the company.
Thumbs up to Air Force Airman 1st Class Amanda R. Miller, a 2013 graduate of Wilson Central High School, for graduating from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in San Antonio, Texas. The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness and basic warfare principles and skills.
