Thumbs up to Dover Motorsports, Inc. and NeXovation, Inc. on the planned sale of the Nashville Superspeedway. Dover Motorsports announced Thursday it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Nashville Superspeedway facility in Lebanon to NeXovation, Inc.
