Mason inks contract with Gulf Coast Texans

The Gulf Coast Texans of the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) recently announced the signing of Cumberland soccer player Harry Mason for the Texans’ inaugural season which begins May 18.

The Texans, based in Pensacola, Fla., are one of 59 teams in the NPSL, the successor to the Men’s Premier Soccer League (MPSL), which was formed in 2002. Mason was one of 10 players named to the squad in a recent release from the league office along with former William Carey keeper Carl Goody and Milligan College goalie Brandon May.
