As part of Bank of America’s commitment to providing assistance to customers who are experiencing financial hardship, Bank of America is hosting a free, three-day customer outreach event. While customers are on-site at the event, they will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with home retention specialists to review their options for home loan modifications or other alternatives to foreclosure. Complimentary parking will only be available in the Cascades Parking Lot at the Gaylord Opryland. Vouchers will be provided at the event.
