Police catch fugitive suspect

A Mt. Juliet woman awaits extradition to Taylor, Texas from Wilson County Jail.

Lebanon police charged Karen A. Oberbroeckling (also known as Karen Hold), 45, Thursday as a fugitive from justice.

“Our officer was flagged down in reference to a suspicious person on Cumberland at I-40,” said Lebanon police Chief Scott Bowen.

Police found Oberbroeckling was wanted on four warrants dating back to January 2005.

Oberbroeckling faces two charges of possession of cocaine, one charge of credit card abuse and one charge of possession of marijuana.
