High Tea Luncheon and Book Signing

On Tuesday, April 9th, Belmont Mansion is set to host a High Tea Luncheon and Book Signing featuring celebrated Nashville Mystery Author, Tom Collins. Belmont Mansion is a Nashville treasure and landmark, once home to Adelicia Acklen, one of the wealthiest women of 19th century America. The Mansion, built in 1850 in the style of an Italian villa, was originally intended to be the summer home of the Acklens. The High Tea, catered by Savannah Tea Company, will offer a personally guided tour of the Mansion which showcases a variety of original furnishings of the period as well as Mrs. Acklen’s valuable, one-of-a-kind collection of artwork and statues throughout the historic building. The entertainment will feature Classic Jazz by Hal Stephens accompanied by Chris Walters on piano. The Tea will include a special presentation featuring mystery author Tom Collins.
Time: 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. Music will begin at 5:00 p.m. with High Tea, Food and Book Reading to follow

Price: $30 per person includes catered meal, Tea, Tour of Mansion, entertainment by Hal Stephens & Piano by Chris Walters and an autographed copy of Mr. Collins’ most recent release, The Claret Murders
