Lady Bulldogs cruise to win No. 20

Josette Campbell led all scorers with 14 points and TaCouya Allen and Jessica Pace each netted 11 as No. 7 Cumberland jumped out to a 24-point lead and cruised to a 60-48 victory over Virginia-Wise in women’s basketball action here Saturday at the Dallas Floyd Recreation Center.

The Bulldogs (20-1, 11-1) won their seventh straight contest overall and improved to 9-1 at home this season while making 8-of-16 from 3-point range, including three each by Campbell and Allen. Pace added seven rebounds, two assists and two steals and Campbell grabbed six boards.
