Billy Wayne Horton
Services for Mr. Horton will be 4 p.m. Sunday, April 15 at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon with Pastor Vernon Burrow officiating. Interment will be in Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Saturday, April 14 and from 1 p.m. until the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
Mr. Horton, 58, died on April 12, 2012.
He was preceded in death by: father, John Horton Jr.; brother, Jimmy Horton Sr.; and uncle, Oliver Pirtle.
Survivors include: son, Johnathan Dwayne (Summer) Horton; mother, Pauline Horton; siblings, Brenda (Hale) Moss, Lisa (Jeff) Dickson, Darlene (Andy) Garrett, and Jerry Horton; grandchildren, Owen and Macy Horton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family will serve as Pallbearers.
Services for Mr. Lannom will be 2 p.m. Sunday, April 15 at Hunter Funeral Home in Watertown with the Rev. Ann Soderquist officiating. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Saturday, April 14 and 10 a.m. until the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
Mr. Lannom, 86, of Norene, died Thursday, April 12, 2012. He was a farmer and attended Fall Creek Baptist Church. He was born in January of 1926 in Wilson County.
He was preceded in death by: parents, Kergus and Lura Allen Lannom; daughter, Becky Cardiff; stepmother, Ella Massey Lannom; sisters, Sally Lee Ames and Mary Allen (Ervin) Oberg; and brother, Clell (Volene) Lannom.
Survivors include: wife of 63 years, Ethelyne Lannom of Norene; son, Robert Jackson (Tish) Lannom of Thorndale, Pa.; granddaughter, Kasey Cardiff of Lebanon; grandsons, Robert Jackson (Andrea) Lanom Jr. of Cartersville, Ga. and Andrew Lannom of Murfreesboro, and their mother, Patricia Lannom of Cartersville; great-grandchildren, Kyle Lannom and Hayden and Noah Pedigo; son-in-law, Voe Cardiff; brother, Shirley (Evelyn) Lannom of Norene; sister, Katherine Craddock of Nashville; brother-in-law, Mike Ames of Bartlett; stepmother, Erma Lannom of Murfreesboro; nieces and nephews: and special friends, David and Linda Wrather.
Pallbearers will be Robert Jr., Andrew, Kyle and Mark Lannom, Bryan Wrather and Tony Baines. Honorary Pallbearers will be Al Collins, Terry McPeak and Ronald Eddington.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fall Creek Baptist Church, Fairview Cemetery or the Alzheimer's Association.
The family wishes to express their appreciation to the staff at Elmcroft Memory Care of Lebanon and Odyssey Hospice.
