Arlene Prince

Mrs. Prince, 95, of Mt. Juliet, died Monday.

Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet. Interment will be in Smyrna Cemetery in Cookeville. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. and Thursday at 10 a.m.

Funeral services for Mr. West were conducted 1 p.m. Monday, April 22 in Hermitage Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Billy Friel officiating. Interment with Military Honors was in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Visitation was 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday.

Mr. West, 61, of Mt. Juliet, passed away Saturday, April 20, 2013 at his home after an extended illness. Mr. West was retired from CSX Railroad. He was a Vietnam veteran with the U.S. Army from 1971-1975 and a member of First Baptist Church of Mt. Juliet.

He was preceded in death by his father, Hershel R. West, Sr.; sister, Joretta West Bilbrey and brother, Johnny Dwight West.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Barbara Smith West; mother, Stella West; son, Brandon Harvey; daughters, Sara West (Jason) Hendricks and Lauren West Kendall; grandchildren, Piper and Graysen Harvey; sisters, Janet West (Edmond) Busey and Joan West; brothers, Kenny (Sherry) West and Denny (Jamie) West; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Pallbearers were family and friends. Don Hall, Charlie Pruitt and Tommy Jones served as honorary pallbearers.
