Jacqueline Anita Carter
Services for Ms. Carter will be 10 a.m. Saturday, April 7, at Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Home with Bro. Tom Boyette officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-9 p.m. Friday, April 6 at the funeral home.
Ms. Carter, 56, of Old Hickory, died Wednesday, April 4, 2012.
She was preceded in death by: parents, Nelson and Lucille Carter; sister, Minnie Cook; and brothers, Bud and Sonny Carter.
Survivors include: sisters, Mary (Darrell) Powell, Charlotte (Wayne) Ryan, Judy (Pete) Railey and Arlene (Don) Roark; and brothers, Billy, Beverly, Pat (Gail) and Mark (Tonya) Carter.
Shirley Irene Hess Norton
Services for Mrs. Norton will be 3:30 p.m. Saturday, April 7, at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon with Bro. Steve Mayle officiating. Interment will be in Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday, April 6 and from noon until the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Norton, 74, died Wednesday, April 4, 2012.
She is preceded in death by: parents, Russell and Nancy Taylor Hess, brother, Donald Hess; and sister, Lucille Hess.
Survivors include: husband of 53 years, Bob Norton; children, Sandy Blankenship, Barbara Joyce, Ricky (Linda) Norton, Nancy (Mike) Ferrell and Bobby Gene (Elaine) Norton; siblings, Claude (Helen) and Allen (Pat) Hess and Brenda (Herman) Speece; grandchildren, Charlie (Jackie) Lester, Blake (Jaime) Williams, Chrissa Norton, Chase and Tanner Ferrell, Jason (Jeanina) Biondolillo and Alyssa and David Norton; and six great-grandchildren.
Brenda Holt Weatherby
Services for Ms. Weatherby will be 1 p.m. Saturday, April 7, at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon with Bro. Larry Locke officiating. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday and from noon until the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
Ms. Weatherby, 55, died Saturday, March 31, 2012. She was born in Kan., raised in Islip Terrace, Long Island, N.Y. and moved to Lebanon in 1974. She graduated from Cumberland University and worked as an auditor for the State of Tennessee.
She is preceded in death by her father, Chester Holt.
Survivors include: son, George Terrell Weatherby; mother and stepfather, Jane and Ernie Oettinger; former husband, George Weatherby; sister, Amber Wallace; and niece, Emerald Wallace.
