Travis Jackson Kirby

Services for Mr. Kirby are scheduled to be conducted Saturday at 1 p.m. from the Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with David Shannon officiating. Interment will follow in the Galen Cemetery. Visitation with the family will begin Friday evening from 4-8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

Mr. Kirby, 71 of Mt. Juliet and formerly of Lafayette, passed away Wednesday afternoon, May 15, 2013 at Lebanon Rehab.

Travis is survived by his wife, Lou A. Kirby of Mt. Juliet; daughter, Cynthia C. Kirby of Mt. Juliet; mother, Retta Kirby of Hartsville; sisters, Lil (Wilson) Burton, Janice (Ray) Beam, Lanita Kirby and Fran Gross; brothers, Glen (Gretta) Kirby, Wally (Nancy) Kirby, Jerrell (Marylin) Kirby, Hal (Ann) Kirby and Steve (Lisa) Kirby; and several nieces and nephews.

Susan Jean Lawicki

A private family Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Lawicki will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Lawicki, 56, of Lebanon, lost her battle with cancer on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at her residence. Mrs. Lawicki was a Legal Administrator with Sukin Law Group.

She was preceded in death by father, Frank Doroshenko.

She is survived by husband, Todd Lawicki; son, Shaun Lawicki; daughter, Ashley (Seth) Ledbetter; mother, Dorothy Doroshenko; brother, Russell Doroshenko of Mich.; sister, Carol (Kevin) Smith of Mich.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.

Partlow Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Daniel Wayne Likens

Funeral services for Mr. Likens, 30, of Lebanon, are scheduled to be conducted on Monday, May 20, at 1 p.m. from the Chapel of the Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Blackburn officiating. Interment will follow in the Cedar Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home on Sunday from noon-8 p.m. and again on Monday from 10 a.m. until the service.

Mr. Likens passed away on May 17, 2013 at the Bordeaux Long Term Care facility in Nashville after suffering from an extended illness. He was born on Nov. 30, 1982 in Smith County to David Wayne Likens and Janet Knight Sevier. Daniel loved to spend time with his family and friends and was an avid gardener and artist. He enjoyed life and making people smile.

Daniel was preceded in death by his grandmother, Clorene Likens; grandfather, Melvin Knight; great-grandmother, Delsie Knight; and an uncle, Doyle Likens.

He leaves behind his father, David Wayne Likens; mother, Janet (Darrell) Sevier; brothers, Coty and Dylan Likens; sisters, Misty (Stacey) Hale, Tiffany Ricketts (Kenny Key), Angel Likens and Haley Likens; grandfather, Hollis Likens; grandmother, Ann Owensby; stepsisters, Brandy and Shelby Sevier; nieces, Hannah, Savannah, and Sienna Ricketts.

Jason Bowen, Mark Sandlin, Tommy Rich, Scotty Rich, Ken Rich, and Tony Rich will serve as Pallbearers.

Johnny Ray Thompson Sr.

Mr. Thompson, 61, of Lebanon died Thursday, May 16, 2013.
