Road construction continues on West Main Street
Lebanon officials cautioned motorists to expect congestion and delays during daytime hours over the next few days at the intersection of Castle Heights Avenue and West Main Street.
Jeff Seaborn, engineering project manager, said West Main Street would not be closed completely, but lane closures are anticipated.
Seaborn said a similar sewer construction project would start sometime within the next 10 days at the Pennsylvania Avenue intersection with West Main Street. He said workers there should have an easier time due to less traffic.
He said sidewalk rehabilitation projects would continue along West Main Street and would cause intermittent lane closures.
“Thank you for your patience in this area and please drive safely in these construction zones,” Seaborn said.
