Wilson Central baseball golf tournament Sept. 22

Wilson Central's baseball team will hold a golf tournament at Pine Creek on Sept. 22. Format will be a four-man scramble with an 8 a.m. start. Cost is $80 per player or $300 per foursome, which includes cart and lunch. Prizes for first and second place, longest drive and closest to the hole. Hunters Point Golf Course's Two-Man Four-Way tournament will be held Oct. 6-7. Entry fee is $200 per team, which includes a practice round [carts not included]. For more information or to register, call 444-7521.

Upward Basketball signups underway

Registration for Upward Basketball and Cheerleading at First Baptist Church Lebanon will be held from 9 a.m.-noon Saturday at the church office. The basketball is for boys and girls in grades K-5 and cheerleading for girls in K-6. Registration should take about 20 minutes. Airborne Volleyball meetings Sept. 23

Airborne Volleyball will hold an information meeting for all players and parents interested in playing club volleyball in 2013. Airborne Volleyball will have teams for players ages 11-18.
