Tuckers Crossroads softball signups start Jan. 19

Slow pitch signups for the Tuckers Crossroads League, for boys and girls ages 4-up, will be held from 10 a.m.-noon Jan. 19 and 26 and each Saturday in February. NFL Youth Football Camp at MJHS June 3-6

Registration is now open for the Mt. Juliet High School NFL Youth Football Camp for grades 3-8 which will be held from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. June 3-6 at the school. Former NFL players, including Kelly Holcomb and Kevin Dyson, will join former college players and the Golden Bear coaching staff as instructors. Participants will receive two t-shirts [one to wear at camp and the other to have autographed] and have photos made with the NFL players. Snacks and drinks will be provided. LGSA signups underway

The Lebanon Girls Softball Association is taking registrations for the 2013 season for players who were ages 4-14 as of Jan. 1. Registrations may be completed online at www.lebanongirlssoftball.com or in person at the LGSA clubhouse in Baird Park from 9-11 a.m. Jan. 12 and 19. Registration fees are $60 per player through Jan. 19, and $80 afterwards. A new pee wee age division for ages 4 and first-time 5-year-old players is planned. Babe Ruth organizational meeting Jan. 24

An organizational meeting of the Lebanon Lions Babe Ruth League will be held at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 24 at the Lebanon/Wilson County Chamber of Commerce office on the Public Square. Airborne Volleyball development team forming

Airborne Volleyball is accepting players for an 11-12-year-old development team which will practice twice per week from January through March and compete in a regional tournament in Franklin and in the Cumberland University spring league. Rotary Dixie Youth baseball signups underway

Signups are underway for the 2013 Rotary Dixie Youth Baseball League. Players must be ages 9-12 as of April 30, 2013. Tryouts will be held at 1 p.m. Feb. 16 at the league's Baird Park fields.
