Vince Young to serve as Offense-Defense camp instructor

Titans quarterback Vince Young and fullback Ahmard Hall will serve as instructors at the Offense-Defense Football Camp at Cumberland University May 27-31.
"Offense-Defense has been the No. 1 summer football camp in America for more than 30 years," Young said. "I'm proud to be a member of the family."
During the five-day camp, junior athletes are divided into groups based on their age, size, weight and abilities to focus on offensive and defensive fundamentals. At the end of the session, the players will be divided into groups to compete in the Offense-Defense Bowl. Qualified players then have the opportunity to be invited to Offense-Defense select and elite camps for further training. Around 80 Offense-Defense All-Americans are selected from the elite camps each year to be showcased in its All-American Bowl in January, which will be broadcast on ESPNU.
"We are excited to once again host an Offense-Defense Football Camp at Cumberland University this summer and about the fact that Vince and Ahmard will be joining our team of instructors," said Rick Whittier, president of Offense-Defense Sports. "We feel strongly that our camps are hands down the best youth football camps in the country because of the college coaches, as well as NFL players and coaches, who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to these young athletes."
Deadline for registration is May 1. Late enrollees will be placed on a waiting list. For more information or to register, call [843] 903-1888 or visit O-D.com.
