The Watertown fire department helped extinguish a fire Monday after a school bus from White County caught fire with more than 40 students inside.

Seventeen Watertown High School students, along with their advisors, Marcie Murrell and Ella Williams, attended the FBLA State Leadership Conference in Chattanooga from April 6-9, where the students competed with more than 2,000 other students from across the state in various events.
