First Freedom Bank promotes Holbert to personal banker in Mt. Juliet

Kayla Holbert was recently promoted to personal banker at First Freedom Bank’s Mt. Juliet office, according to Kenny Beavers, senior vice president and director of retail banking.

“Kayla is known for providing excellent customer service. She consistently ranks as one of our top performers for sales and service, earning the prestigious honor of Chairmen’s Cup Team member just this past quarter. We are excited to have Kayla joining our already outstanding team of Personal Bankers,” said Beavers.

Holbert has more than 12 years of customer service experience and has been with First Freedom since February 2014. In December 2016, Holbert was honored with First Freedom’s Red Carpet Service Award, which recognizes outstanding customer service.

Holbert is a 2005 graduate of Wilson Central High School and a 2013 graduate of the Genesis Career College. She regularly volunteers with Compassion International, an organization that provides children around the world with food, shelter, education, health care and Christian training.

A native of Mt. Juliet, Holbert lives in Lebanon with her two children. She is a member of the Bridge Fellowship Church in Lebanon.
