New Life Ministries

Terry Weeks will minister in song Sunday at 10:30 a.m. at New Life Ministries at 402 E. Forrest Ave. in Lebanon. For the last two years, Weeks performed at the Country Tonite Theatre in Pigeon Forge.

The Fellowship at Mt. Juliet

A grand opening will be Sunday at 10 a.m. at The Fellowship at Mt. Juliet at 490 Industrial Drive. It was postponed from Jan. 24 due to the snow and ice Wilson County received last weekend. The Fellowship is a multi-site church of nearly 800 active members known as ministry partners with campuses in the Donelson-Hermitage and Mt. Juliet areas. Mt. Olivet Baptist Church

Sunday school begins at 9 a.m. with worship services at 10 a.m. and discipleship hour at 5 p.m. at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church at 7463 Hickory Ridge Road in Mt. Juliet. Pastor Rodney Duckett will continue a seminar series Sunday at 6 p.m. focused on understanding the essentials of Islam. Cornerstone Baptist Church

West Hills Baptist Church

Sunday school begins each week at 9:15 a.m. for all ages at West Hills Baptist Church. The morning worship service follows at 10:30 a.m. in the worship center. During the Sunday morning worship time, West Hills also provides an opportunity for preschool-age children to experience a time of activity and Bible story each week, as well as KidsWorship for school-age children. On Sunday evenings at 5 p.m., West Hills has Bible drill for children, as well as adult discipleship classes, which vary according to topic. The evening service begins at 6 p.m. in the chapel. Laguardo Missionary Baptist Church

Sunday school starts at 10 a.m. with worship at 11 a.m. each Sunday at Laguardo Missionary Baptist Church. Wednesday Bible study starts at 6:30 p.m.

Hobson Pike Baptist Church

First Presbyterian Church

Episcopal Church of the Epiphany

The Episcopal Church of the Epiphany will celebrate the Eucharist on Sunday. Christian education begins at 9:15 and 10:30 a.m. The Rev. Kira Schlesinger will lead worship. The church is at 1500 Hickory Ridge Road, at the corner of Hartmann Drive and Hickory Ridge Road, in Lebanon.

Maple Hill Church of Christ

Responding 12-Step Recovery

Responding 12-Step Recovery meetings will be each Monday at 7 p.m. The 12-step recovery program is Bible based and takes the traditional 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and looks at a biblical view of true recovery through the word of God. College Hills Church of Christ

Immanuel Baptist Church

Super Sunday will be Feb. 7 at Immanuel Baptist Church. A men and boys’ breakfast will be at 7 a.m. in the Life Center. A celebration worship will be at 8:30 a.m. in the sanctuary and gathering worship will be at 11 a.m. in the Life Center. Former Vanderbilt and Titans football player Nate Morrow, headmaster at Christ Presbyterian Academy, will speak at each service. Homecoming worship will also be at 11 a.m. in the sanctuary.

Westland United Methodist Church

The Westland Newlywed Game and prime rib dinner will be Feb. 13 at Westland United Methodist Church. Dinner will start at 6 p.m. with the show to follow. Tickets are currently on sale.
